What's Missing from Material Storage?
My top choices have been said many many times, so I will just say THANK YOU for poking and prodding into this!
I also second (third, fourth, fifth …) the request for some sort of tonic wardrobe, since we’ve got your ear
Probably already mentioned, but to re-iterate.
• Philosopher Stones
• Amalgamated Gemstones
• Doubloons
• Basic WvW Siege
• +1 Agony Infusions
• Scribe Stuff
• Blade Shards
• Siege Novice Guides
• Fractal Research Pages
• Fractal Journal
• Custom Arena Time Token
• Shovels – used for guild upgrades
• Golden Fractal Relics
• Black Lion Claim things
• Black Lion Ticket Scrap
• Shimmering Crystals
• Augur’s Stone
• Petrified Wood
• Blood Rubies
• Unidentified Lodestones
• Dungeon Tonics
• Milling Basins
• Baker’s Dry Ingredients
• Mystic Forge Stones
• Lesser Vision Crystal
• Vision Crystal
• Legendary stuff
QoL Suggestions / +1:
• Tab in hero panel for tonics (including selfless potion)
• Keys added to wallet (crowbars, bandit keys, fractal encryption keys, etc.)
• Add something that we can buy with Tomes of Knowledge, or add consume all.
• Tab in hero panel for toys (kite, magic carpet, broom, etc.)
• Make it so that ascended salvage tools stack
Really glad a topic on this was made. Thanks for taking the time to improve the QoL, Linsey.
Well Lindsey, first off, thanks for interacting with the community, we really do not see enough of this. I concur with most of what people have said here regarding blade shards, vision crystals, tenebrous crystals, amalgamated stones, mystic forge stones, philosophers stones, most of Miyani’s crap basically, Black Lion tickets/keys/chests, etc.
Other suggestions which I feel are needed, just in general, are:
Toy/Instrument storage – Just like the Glider and Finisher storage, an easy place for a very small set of stuff.
Tonics/Holiday drops – if you feel there is too many to have a storage for then perhaps that is a hint for the team to stop creating hundreds of these things.
Defunct Items – sort of side suggestion, there is plenty of items that have no purpose any longer in the game, could you make a list of these that you no longer intend to use again and share with the community so we can scrap them or create a purpose for them again, preferably. Temporary content is bad enough but leftover items from temp content with no input from the devs is far worse, they just take up slots. Heck, I still have cotten wads from the first Wintersday just in case.
Blade Shard
Blood Ruby
dark glasses
Infusion
chak eggs
Reclaimed Metal Plate
petrified wood
mystical stones forging
Augur’s Stone
Philosopher’s Stone
Mystic Crystal
(edited by JAAC.6534)
my major pick:
black lion chest (doubt but be nice cause they take up sooo much space)
amalgamated gemstone
bloodruby
petrified wood
chak eggs
SW bandit keys/shovels/ HoT chest items (crowbars….)
vision crystals (both versions)
any crafting things like parts/cooking stuff not in already
runes/ sigils (got alot from leveling alts would be nice to have a storage for it doubt but be nice, also doubt due to not alot of these are kept)
blade shards for bladed backpack (think this was confirmed not sure)
intergrated matrix (they are filling up my box)
infusions mainly AR infusions( only the major #s used in vendor like +1, +3, +5, ….)
It would be extremely hard, if not impossible to make those things stack.
Unrelated to the primary thrust of this topic, but couldn’t you add a Mystic Forge recipe to combine 4 25-use BL kits into 1 100-use BL kit, and then 2 100-use BL kits with 2 25-use BL kits to get a 250-use BL kit? That would be pretty legendary if so, because I currently have ~30 BL kits and they’re way too valuable to just waste.
yeah if i could replace my 25-use kits with 10x less 250-use kits that would be pretty swell
I’m happy to poke the Commerce Team about adding some kind of conversion to allow folks to condense multiple 25 use BL salvage kits into one larger kit. I only promise to poke, I can’t promise they will do it
Pleeeeease. With sugar on top. I have 30 of them. That’s a whole bank tab and my alt account has several more. The game doesn’t hand out exotics often enough to use even one up before I get another. Being able to combine 4 into one would be a big help.
ANet may give it to you.
Blade Shards

Mystic Forge Stones
Blood Rubies

- All levels of scribing paper (Sheet of Coarse Paper, Sheet of Coarse Sandpaper, Sheet of Smooth paper, etc…)
- Crystalline Bottles
- Milling Basins (pleaseeeee)
- Philo stones
- Mystic crystals
-Baubles
-Bauble Bubbles
-Tomes of Knowledge- +1 agony infusions (I know this one is a stretch… but I can dream)
Agree 10000% for the scribe stuff! Agony infusions would be lovely, too.
-Mystic Forge Stones
-Bags of Mortar (another scribe mat bought from the vendor)
-Experience Scrolls (the ones you get from character birthdays…)
-Essence of Luck
-Strategic Defense Maps of the Mist (more scribing things.)
Also, this isn’t a material storage thing, but a wallet storage thing… Map “key” items used for chests and such would be LOVELY if they were added to the wallet… The Pact Crowbars, Machetes, Bandit Skeleton Keys, Zephyrite Lockpicks, etc.
BG
(edited by Asami.3572)
adding to the list ( probably repeating):
milling basins
shimmering crystals
golden fractals relics
Custom arenas time token
doubloons
Teleport to a friend
blade shards
golden fractal relics
TP/ bank/ merchant express
repair kit
revive orb
black lion chest
chak eggs and reclaimed plates
vision crystals
aetherkey pieces
box’o’fun
mystery tonic
It would be extremely hard, if not impossible to make those things stack.

Four 5-use Ascended Salvage Kits buying a 20-use would seem fairly easy with the merchant method already in use in the Fractal’s lobby. Would definitely be nice to have a way to up-convert both the 5-use ASK and the 25-use BLSK

Can someone check this list?
- I think we made a BIG list a long time ago ;-)
So yeah saw this thread and decided to add my two copper.
Petrified wood
Blood ruby
Lesser vision crystals
Vision Crystals
Blade shards
Any of the Mystic forge gifts : I. E. gift of battle ect
Philosopher stones
mystic crystal
auger’s stone
anthology of heroes
silky sand (cause lets be honest unless you have 10 they are annoying and cumulative)
Milling basins
Reclaimed plates
Agonized essences
Luck (to the exotic level only)
The next ones are a would like and make sense but they do fall under the category of you don’t want actual useable foods in material storage. I really get that since that is a metric kitten of food out there are various levels and storage space for it all would be bonkers. But I believe these would merit a slot in the fact that you use ALOT of them when crafting food.
Ball of Dough
Bowl of Red meat stock
Bowl of Vegetable stock
Bowl of Herbed meat stock
Bowl of Poultry stock
Bowl of Herbed Poultry stock
Bowl of Herbed Vegetable stock
Bowl of bakers Wet ingredients
Bowl of bakers Dry ingredients
These are used very commonly for many dishes. While id love to say put all the pile packets and the bowls of roux and their like, I could see that getting out of hand quite quickly since there are so many variations of those used in cooking. Yes I know all of the stocks do have effects in game but they also are used in quite a few recipes for other foods as well.
The next set is more just throw them into the wallet or throw them into mat storage since they accumulate during their respective events and don’t get used till their respective events and ONLY for their respective events.
Baubles
Bubble Baubles
Queens Gauntlet tickets
Uses for things that only had one use of. Mayhap since they are now out there make a few more uses. Or at least make them sellable and use them for other items or future weapons.
Zinc ore
Nickel Ore
Bauxite Ore
Lastly and while I know this doesn’t quite fall under the purview of this thread completely.
How about making a matter muncher for bladeshards? I mean we have quite a few for ascended materials and those of us that have blade shards either coming from their home node or just from the event in general tended to get a lot over time. I mean after you construct the back piece your left with not much else to DO with them. If we are going to devote a slot to something in material storage anyway why not another way to use them?
Either some quest that gives it or at least some asura selling one for 250 shards with a lowish drop chance of power cores so that those who want them can actually get them and it would add a supply of those to the market as well. Would also revive the market for watchwork sprockets, considering they are having a downturn in use right now as well
(edited by Head Kracker.4790)
I’ve noticed nobody mentioned Lumps of Glass. While this may be considered against the “No Crafted Components” rule, I thought I would at least bring it up. Thanks!
Most likely a repeat of many things already posted, but here’s my list:
Crafting materials that today do not get stored:
Blade Shards
Box of Fun (yes, they’re a crafting material)
Vision Crystals
Lesser Vision Crystals
Shimmering Crystals
Inscriptions
Insignias
Infusions
Doubloons
Amalgamated Gemstones
Trick-or-Treat Bag (yep, a crafting material)
Attunement Potions
Tributes to Endeavor
All Scribe crafting materials, including:
Milling Stones
Milling Basin
Strategic Defense Map of the Mists
Rare Flower Seeds
Pristine Feathers
Giant Mushroom Spores
Lumber Cores
Feldspar Cores
Visage of Lyssa
Essence of Time
Wintersday Gifts (also a crafting material)
Unidentified Dyes
And other things that wouldn’t be bad to be able to store there:
Mystic Forge Stones
Reclaimed Metal Plates
Chak Eggs
Blood Rubies
Petrified Wood
Continue Coins
Furniture Coins
Bauble Bubbles
Blade Shards
Doubloons
Amalgated Gemstones
Mystic Forge Stones
All the map “Rare” rewards. Like Chak eggs, Reclaimed metal plates, Blood rubies and so on.
Tenebrous Crystals
Shimmering Crystals
Paper Sheets
Golden Fractal Relics
Essence of Luck
Agony Infusions ? At least the ones like 1.3,5,7 and so on.
Items acquirable with spirit shards…and remove the account bounding on them since it’s pretty silly now.
The “main” legendary gift. At least those in common with every legendary. Like the fortune, might/magic and so on.
I just want Damask Patches since I’m assuming doubloons and Blade Shards are going in for sure. Thank’s for the “pssssst” Lindsey! And thank you for hearing me out
Just a curious question…..why would we need to store luck? Is there a cap on what we can use? Obviously I am no where near a cap if there is one.
300% MF is the cap. If you consume the luck after that it does nothing at all. It doesn’t even show how much over the cap you’ve consumed.
Thank you for the reply. Since there is a cap on luck and luck is account bound, what would be the point in storing it? Is there another use for it?
Thank you for the reply. Since there is a cap on luck and luck is account bound, what would be the point in storing it? Is there another use for it?
Not yet. People hope that either the cap will be raised, or eventually some new recipes will use it.
~EW
I’m sure some of these have already been covered, but these are the things clogging up my bank mainly.
Tributes to Endeavor
Crystalline Bottles, Milling Basins (and anything that you can buy directly from the scribe NPC or any other crafting trainer)
Gifts of Exploration, possibly other legendary items like Legendary Insights, Gift of Maguuma, Gift of Mastery, Gifts of Metal/Wood/Energy etc
Lesser/Vision Crystals
Copper/Silver/Gold/Platinum Doubloons
Tenebrous and Shimmering Crystals
Indigo Mushrooms
Blood Rubies / Petrified Wood / Chak Eggs / Reclaimed Metal Plates / Mordem Blooms / Bauble Bubbles / Baubles – Maybe these could go into the Wallet instead of in Material Storage
Continue Coins / King Toad tokens / Storm Wizard tokens
Thank you for the reply. Since there is a cap on luck and luck is account bound, what would be the point in storing it? Is there another use for it?
There are some crafting uses for it. There are also multiple Guild Hall upgrades that require it. Finally, there are some decorations that can be purchased with it, but those are only available around Lunar New Year.
If nothing else, it’s easy Artificier XP.

Was thinking, some things in our storage I will never use (Dark Matter) and wish I had another use that can give me some value/benefit for having them. Whether it’s just be able to sell it to a merchant, trading it on the TP or having a collector that either let’s you convert it (like we can for our boosters) or trade for other materials that may also stay account bound, perhaps with a rating system like a higher Tier is equal to 2 of a lower tier, or vice-versa. Or just be able to breakdown a material to a more base version, like the opposite of refinement in Crafting.
First of all, I want to thank you for holding this discussion with the community and for your wisdom on imposing certain guidelines. I know that placing restrictions is often thankless, so I want to express my appreciation for your decision to deliberately NOT include things in material storage such as every crafted component, boosters, legendary gifts, etc.
Please allow me to give my reasoning for what should (and equally important, shouldn’t) be included as well as some suggestions. I feel items must be used for crafting, either mystic forge or crafting professions, in order to even qualify. Crafting items sold by vendors at set quantities but often have leftover when used are good candidate (e.g. philosopher’s stones, but NOT Anthology of Heroes). Crafting materials that are thrown at us in mass quantities are good candidate (+1 agony infusions). And finally, materials generated through crafting and harvesting seem to be sensible inclusions (e.g. blade shards, as you’ve already conceded). With that said, here are my suggestions, in order of urgency:
essences of luck
philosopher’s stones, mystic crystals
tenebrous crystals, shimmering crystals
bloodstone rubies, petrified wood
chak eggs, reclaimed metal plates
doubloons of all levels
crystalline bottles, milling basins
*major and minor vision crystals
*I know these are crafted items, but they’re also thrown at us by Mawdrey II, etc. and as rewards through various aspects of the game
(edited by Wonderly.1324)
Aright, I’ll say it, put the KEYS in the CURRENCY tab then. Add all currencies to the tab (if it’s only used on a certain single thing, put it in the CURRENCY tab).
Black Lion Chests…
Look, if it’s stackable in our inventory it should be in material storage.
New area psuedo currencies you keep adding: Shovels, Chak Acid, Crowbars, Machetes, Silky Sand(yeah yeah ‘salvages’ into something else maybe), Exalted Keys, Bandit Skeleton Keys (KEYS!). Maybe all of those are considered keys since they ‘open’ a chest somewhere so toss them into the currency tab too. Hire me and I’ll waste my spare time doing it for you!
ALL of the festival stuff that can only be attained during festivals should go in material storage (GJ on the Halloween stuff, Wintersday stuff needs a little help but there’s more festivals). Coins from SAB, all the stackable parts from wintersday (socks and stuff), whatever we get during the Festival of the Winds.
Default storage for certain materials should be increased – I’m looking at you Bloodstone Dust that comes with everything these days and yes I think I have the thing that eats it but it’s daily limited so that’s not super useful.
There’s probably a large array of other things to add that I don’t know cause I don’t play that game mode but still.
KEYS in CURRENCY TAB. COLLECTIBLES in MATERIALS STORAGE (should rename it since it’s multi-purpose now).
I wont ask for a rune/sigil trove, but at least, please, remove the crafting tag so it stops filling up my materials bags!!!
This question gave me another incentive to look at all the items I have in my bank, thanks
I only found a few items that can be (easily) put into the material storage:
Blade Shard (obvious)
Vision Crystal
Lesser Vision Crystal
Gift Of Exploration
Gift of Maguuma (and the 4 gifts for the individual maps)
Mystic Forge Stone
Not included are the mystic forge materials Miyani sells. They can all be used directly in the mystic forge (with one exception) so no need to store these anywhere. It would be nice if Miyani could buy back these items if you bought the wrong item.
Not included are doubloons. I would really like to seem them in the material storage as they are mostly used as a material. But they can be used an upgrade component. It would be much better if they would become purely crafting materials, but in the current state I am not sure they belong in the storage.
Some items I have in my bank that I would rather not have there but are not suitable candidates for the material storage:
Festival Token – currency – Can I still use these?
Aetherkey Piece – key part – key ring
Blood Ruby – currency / salvage item
Petrified Wood – currency / salvage item
I am not a big fan of the way Blood Ruby and Petrified Wood are implemented in the game. I don’t currently need them for ascended trinkets and back packs. As a veteran player I had enough other sources for these items. But I would like to store them for future use (new characters). So I don’t want to salvage them. It would have been better if they where purely a currency with the option to buy Unbound Magic with them.
Stackable BL Salvage Kits are discussed above, please look into it
Dragonite Ore, Bloodstone Dust and Empyreal Fragments are already in the material storage but you need so much of it that it would be nice if you could store more of it. Room for 250 (standard) isn’t really a lot of space for these items. I have no idea if it is possible to make more room specifically for these items. I know I can feed them to certain items, but I want to save a lot of them for future use.
My hopes and dreams.

Okay, with a glance in my bank, I’d like to see;
Teneberous and Shimmering Crystals
Mystic Crystals
Philosopher’s Stones
Reclaimed Plates
Doubloons
Vision Crystals
Fossilized Insects
Mystic Stones
Infusions
Blade Shards
Blood rubies
Petrified Wood
Milling Basins
Gift of Exploration (and maguuma ones too??)
Super Adventure Box items
Scribe things like the Ink pots or Mortar
Scribe crafting materials like lumber cores, visage, rare drop materials should NOT have to go material storage. You should have to donate to your guild. Both win, you get space, guild get decoration. If you dont have guild, sell on TP, other guilds can buy it. These decoration arent for personal use, they are for guild use.
Throwing in another few
- Arid lumber core
- Palm lumber core
- Alpine lumber core
- Krytan lumber core
- Coastal lumber core
- Ascalonian lumber core
- Feldspar core
Also, slightly offtopic, but I have all these unused gemstore skins sitting around which I’m not currently using. I don’t wanna destroy them, because then I would have to spend a transmutation charge when I wanna use them later. Any chance you could maybe like let us salvage skins in return for a transmutation charge?

Yes, so they can take up either your guilds bankspace or the poor sod who ended up being the scribe can have his bags full of the stuff.
Even if scribes produce decorations for the guild hall, it’s still crafting, and the stuff they use are still crafting materials.

I am the poor sod who is the scribe in my guild. I would rather have the guild bank or my inventory full of crafting items than having none at all available nor have any on TP to buy. If people could easily deposit 250 or more to the bank they would not sell or donate them. They would just sit it in people’s bank.
Ummm simple… ALL base materials that are “CRAFTING MATERIALS” such as glass bottles/aetherblade/etc AND CURRENCIES such as chakk eggs/bloodstone shards/etc at the very least.
This would make a HUGE difference.

It’s sad if donations are depending on how badly people wanna get rid of stuff though. I dunno man, if any guildy asks for mats, whether or not they’re the scribe there’s always people happy to help out. Maybe I"m just lucky enough to be in a guild full of nice people.
So only crafting and mystic forge recipies? Oke:
- Blade shards
- Legendary insights, gifts etc.
- spirits of precursor
- chak eggs
- blood rubies
- petrified wood
- visions crystals( and lesser)
- agony infusions
- metal plates
- Doubloons
- Philosophers Stones
- Mystic Crystals
- Mystic forge stones
- tonics
- luck
can’t think of anything else now. And please add a option in the vendors that we can instantly sell runes and sigils assorted to a rarirty. For example i say i want to sell al my common and masterwork sigils instantly. Like the option sell junk. Those lower tier runes and sigils are practicaly junk anyway so would be nice
TY for reading
Ps. almost forgot maybe look into a material storage tab for legendaries exlusivly so you can see exactly what you still need and how far you are. i would buy it with gems tho.
p.p.s
A black lion material storage tab? so we can store all the stuff i get from black lion stuff, repair canister, revive orb etc. again i would buy it with gems if i have too. Just want a nice and clean bank :P
(edited by Melkfles.8947)
Tenebous and Shimmering Crystals
Luck since every people are getting close to reaching the max 300% (there are some players that have already reached this number)
Material Storage so important but please BANK sort of name something need auto sort pls Thank you.
I think everything I would have said has been covered but I did see someone mention something I am in sincere favor of since I like to hang onto things until I KNOW FOR A FACT aren’t needed ever ever again!
Please make a list or something of items that are never going to be used again, even if it just says on the wiki page of such items, I’m game for that as I have looked up several items and it never says ‘go ahead and delete this, it is no longer in use’
Thanks for listening to the players!
Could we save 8 pages of text and say anything required to make something?
Not material storage related but would be nice to have sth like wardrobe for infinite tonics.
- Whatever item you will implement to refine thousands of Ley-Line-Sparks and Bottles of Airship Oil :P
- Scribe Crafting Components
- All Gifts
- Account-Bound Sigils, Inscriptions & Insignias
- Black Lion Claim Ticket (Scraps)
- Golden Fractal Relics
- Fractal Research Pages
- Agony Infusions
- Legendary Insights
- Mystic Forge Stones
- Not yet traded guild decorations
- Tenebrous Crystals & Shimmering Crystals
- Ambrite Fossils
- Custom Arena Time Token
- Amalgamated Gemstones
- Reclaimed Metal Plates & Chakk Eggs
- Miniatures needed to craft other Miniatures
- Crafting components needed for ascended gear (Vision Crystals, Augur’s Stone etc.)
- Crafting components needed for legendaries and/or their precursors and items from Legendary Collections & Achievements
Items that rather belong in the currency tab:
- Queen’s Gauntlet Entrance Tickets
- Fractal Research Journals
- Blood Rubies, Petrified Wood and equivalents from future LS maps & expansions
Non-material-storage solutions:
- (Endless) tonics would be better off added to the equipment tab like finishers or outfits
- Tomes of Knowledge should get a “consume all” option and become purchasable from Miyani for 1 Spirit Shard
(edited by Mpidemie.2508)
First of all please make salvage kits stackable. I have so many Black Lion Salvage kits on my bank and i can’t see the reason why we can not stack them.
Wishes for storage
Tomes of Knowledge
Milling Basin
Bags of Mortar
Tene Brous Crystal
Strategic Defense Maps of the Mist
Badges of Tribute
All Siege Guides
Vision Crystal
Minor Vision Crystal
Mystic Forge Stone
Doubloons
Gift of…. ALL OF THEM!
Amalgamated Gemstone
Infusions, at least the +1
Baubles
All boosters or at least the blue and the organge
Blood Rubies
Petrefied Wood
Siege, at least superior siege. Maybe a wvw storage would be a thing?
And for the love of anything, please make it easier to be a scriber. I had to drop my main fractal character and make a new one, because the lack of space i have on it due to also being my scriber was just driving me mad. I can not throw away anything, because all the wvw upgrades require materials from all levels. So please sort this out!
Since most everything I’d want, including what I’m posting now, has been said repeatedly here, I’ll only chime in with what I beg of you on bended knee to add:
Scribe Materials; Finishing Kits, Paper, Pulp, Ink Sets, Hammers. Lumber Cores, Festive Talismans, Pristine Feathers.
Please. I know you said no to “crafted components” but I dont want every boot sole and helmet lining in; I just want scribing stuff to be deposit-able. I am the only scribe for a large guild and receive lots and lots of donations of the drop-table scribe materials, and I like to pre-make certain steps so that making a planter doesnt involve crafting 42 different things before I can make that planter. Scribe is taking up two tabs of my personal bank. I beg thee to make scribe stuff depositable.
Let me reiterate the poster above me: I am the only level 400 scribe for my guild. It is not large, but it is growing. And I keep getting donations of non-depositable scribing stuff that I can’t use for a bit because of the zillion dependencies that scribing recipes have, particularly the higher level recipes.
I’m sure everything I’ve said and more has been said before, but I want to give types of stuff and I want to make cases for certain types of stuff to be depositable.
My Scribe’s wishlist:
Anything you get from the master scribe or the guild trader (that isn’t a decoration or already depositable) that is used in scribing. If you get something from other crafting vendors that is used in crafting… it is commonly depositable (the bulk stuff just has to be clicked on to become depositable).
Examples: Bolts of Embroidered Silk, Tubs of Wood Glue, Milling Basins, Crystalline Bottles, Essence of Elegance.
Things you gather:
Examples: Blade Shards, Tenebrous/Shimmering Crystals, Jungle Grass Seed, etc (why are flax fibers depositable and these not?)
Lootable Trophies: These are an absolute plague on inventory space. I cannot use them immediately when I pick them up (considering the nature of scribe) and people send me these things to use for scribe. To me, it’s like looting Powerful Blood (or other T6’s). Rare enough, but Powerful Blood (and other T6’s) is still depositable because it’s used in crafting as-is. These are used as-is.
Examples: Feldspar Cores, Arid Lumber Cores, Alpine Lumber Cores, Ascalonian Blueprints, Pristine Feathers, Strategic Defense Maps of The Mist, etc.
Any refinement that isn’t depositable (all other refinements for scribe are):
Pulps!
I would like to consider paper (along with the sandpapers) a refinement, also. My case is this: It is a bit like the ascended cloth/leather/wood (which are depositable) in that it is made from say logs to planks of one material plus refined versions of a different material which is also refined. it’s also like gossamer patches… both of these things both are depositable and are, if you will, crafting components. They are used to craft items.
Hmm… maybe dowels should also be included! Just have ALL refinements be depositable.
I’d also like book covers to not be account bound. I know they’re a crafting component but often you have either the leather, or the paper. The paper is sellable, the cover is not.
Universal wishlist:
In a similar vein to the lootable trophies:
WvW blueprints!
Map trophies that are commonly used as currencies (either wallet or storage would be fine):
Examples: Chak Eggs, Blood Rubies, Petrified Wood….
Doubloons, Agony infusions (sort of like a refinement – they both can either be looted or refined)
Great thread and I think nearly everything covered. A trawl through my characters, bank, mules and personal guild stash reveals the following wish list!
General
All doubloons
Unidentified dyes
Indigo mushrooms
Blade shards
Completed Aether keys
Blood rubies
Petrified wood

There is no way we are getting out of this pet project without adding Blade Shards to Material Storage. I’m comfortable saying now that Blade Shards will definitely make the list of things to add to Material Storage.
3 kittening years too late. I’m not putting blame anywhere here, but that should have been a thing from day 1 they came out.
Why not provide a “closet” where we can throw our packs. I could load up a Halloween Pail with holiday items, another with all my raid gear another with scribe crafting items and pull them out of the closet as I needed them. Good TP($$) item and when you introduce personal housing instances it could be placed there. Until then put it in the home instance.
Hello,
i would like to suggest:
- Petrified wood
- Blood Rubies
- Unidentified Dyes
- +1 agony infusions
- Bricks of clay
- Mystic forge stones
- Vision Crystals
1k cap on materials is all I suggest and everything after that I’ll send to bank, guild bank and mules. Bag space is a must in Tyria ;3
