I think scrapper should be like: all weapon and utility spells were removed. The existing traits are removed and replaced by new ones. The new traits are only passive and have no ICD. They heal scrapper for 5k if his HP goes below 75%, gives him damaging and CCing aura with 1200 range ticking for 5k dmg, 3 burning and poison stacks and 3 sec stun every second, it gives scrapper perma protection and perma stability and also converts every condition into boon. Scrappers still wouldn’t be passive class since they would have to actually walk.
Reason: scrapper is such a hard class to play because of so many buttons you have to press. So, to make this class noob and Grouch friendly, this changes need to be implemented~
