Can we have an insight on pvp balance notes of 19th patch?
this would get us time to give some kind of early feedback. Cheers.

I dunt like you but +1. Smite releases patch notes week before release and puts on PTS. I predict balance patch to be minor like last one

partly this is what i am afraied of.

I predict they will tell you during the last week. That way the following can happen.

1. “omg, thieves are going to be OP” and then they suck.
2. “you didn’t nerf xxx class enough” and probably true if elite specs are left unbalanced.
3. “delete mesmer and ele. ANET hates them” and then those classes are OP.

I think they were hinting about it jokingly in their april fool’s balance patch. “Necro auto will apply fear” Sounds like a scepter reversion, and the “Portal recharge removed” sounds like a port nerf.

I dunno tbh. Just a possibility

Like said above… Minor tweaks, nothing will be hard nerfed… Season 3 will likely just be a copy paste of Season 2 with one of the current meta classes being useless again…

moa cast time increased and moa actual duration reduced to 7s
scrapper sustain hit pretty hard
search and rescue c/d increased 25-30%
general thief staff buffs
general warr condi buffs (will remain unviable or become disgustingly overpowered)
ele heals buffed
