down state skills improvments
I agree that the down states should be changed, but disagree that the damage should be increased.
I think the problem is how some down states can be effective while some classes have no useful downstate abilities.
There should be downstate themes that you can choose from — consistent for all classes
1. Self Healing — 3 skill would burst heal
2. Team Support — 3 skill would give allies within range boons Or CC enemies
OR
Have a special downstate skill
Class Specialty — 3 skill would do special ability -- 3 death cooldown or only available if you get a kill or something or only if your team is down in points
Class Specialty skills possibilities:
- Guard: Symbol of hope – Give allies 25% health or give allies the green CC bar that the lords have.
- Rev: ???
- Engi: ???
- Thief: Suicide – kill yourself and re-spawn instantly without re-spawn timer – respawn with 10 sec of swiftness and 10 sec of stealth
- Ele: Refresh – Reset all allies Heal ability
- Mesmer: Teleport – teleport to owned node, or allie not in combat
- Necro: Minion Master – spawn all possible minions to protect you
- Warrior: Eye 4 Eye – if target is 25% health insta down them
You get the idea, give a way to change the tide of the battle.

Dont think that is a viable option nor would it be beneficial to the gameplay. Getting the stomp or rezing a downed player is part of the strategy of the game.
