what should be hotfixed?
+ posibly remove HoT pets from pvp till they are balanced
+nerf damage on engi hammer or make sure it does not have evade + block + reflect too …

Revenant:
Radiant Revival (Herald Major trait): uppon rezing a downed ally, both of you gain 2sec of resistance.
reasoning:
this trait at it’s current state is broken. not negates all down cleave it adds it up as a heal effect. revs can quickness rez already. resistance is revenant themed so it would fit to rev’s rez trait. also it gonna stay a more than viable choice
Crystal Hibernation (Shield #5 ability): remove heal effect. can move while channeling

with traited shooting bastion revs can heal more any class could pressure in 1v1 situation. Please notice that this skill can NOT be interrupted by skills like traited Necro staff 5 or “Fear Me!” while having stab or resistance. with this change the block is just as good as warrior’s shield defense wich is more than balanced.
Coalescence of Ruin (Hammer #2 ability): cooldown icresed to 6seconds
reasoning:
hard hitting long range abilitys should not have this little CD. Hell at this state this skill isn’t even worth to stow weapon.
Mesmer:
Well of Recall(Chronomancer utility): no longer gives Alacrity after it ends. removes chill, cripple, immobilized, torment conditions on allyes each pulse.
reasoning:
perma alacrity is not healthy for the game. it promotes skill spaming and makes wasting cooldowns on noothing forgiven. Ala uptime should be gut at a place where it does not effect regular shater or condi builds. (ability still remains more viable than the majority of utility spells cross’ the game)
Well of Precognition(Chronomancer utility): no longer effect downed players.
reasoning:
makes preventing a rez inposible.
Warrior:
Adrenal Health(Defense Minor trait): no longer heals over time. Heals for 100 for each point of adrenaline spent.
reasoning:
should give wariors some more survivability. Imo still not enough to return to the meta though
Guardian:
True Shot(Longbow #2 ability): cooldown incresed to 8 seconds.

Scrapper healing with this much of natural sustain + protection uptime is out of hand
Necro:
chill damage should be lovered.
