I really enjoyed fighting the new BG last time they were in t1. Their collective attitude was just playing the game. Trolling was down on the WvW thread and over all there was civility. Hopefully it doesnt change much with AGG and FOE moving there.
Plus we get Fiesty’s score updates, As far as I am concerned, now I have tasted those, T1 is barren without them.
Please note the tier 2 thread where TC lacks even more coverage than SoR ever did. Look at how civil that thread is.
Our thread with TC and SBI was quite civil too. In fact most of you could probably learn a lesson from it.
I am curious about one thing though …..why are you posting here when you play on BG? Ok, I am not really curious, I know why.

I would love to know if there is any stats as to how many people are in WvW during the week. It would at least stop people from saying we don’t have the coverage when the proof would be in black and white.
Disappointed that SoS remain in tier 1 for next week as well. We need to drop down a tier and enjoy playing against servers our size. Its fairly obvious that we no longer have the numbers to compete due to people leaving, lack of interest or whatever other reason.
So for me it will be another week of no WvW until we do. I will not play against such a stacked server. Its silly getting zerg stomped all the time.

Unfortunately yes, and that left TC in the same position we were in against you back then. I.E. not being able to do much other than watch the score tick away at 600+ for 3/4ths of the day.
For the most part, the posters on SoR tried to stay respectful about the situation even if some of the TC people took it the wrong way after the whole misconception about ‘throttling back’ that never turned out to be reality.
I can assure you that I most certainly, didnt point to the scoreboard and beat my chest. I also didn’t spam people’s inbox with nonsense to the same effect. In fact, if you read through the threads, I was doing the exact opposite

Anyways…this all started with a few certain mesmer from a certain guild glitching into a certain keep over and over and their leadership denying it (even after video proof was presented showing it). The whole matchup and every subsequent went downhill from there civility wise.

Having fought Blackgate for far more weeks than you. I can safely say that they have less coverage than JQ and their NA presence isn’t as good either. They belong in T1 of SoS most likely. They have better coverage than SoR but a far worse NA crew, so I am not so sure they ‘deserve’ T1 and more than SoR despite all the Pvdoor they did for numerous weeks uncontested to run up score.
That was a long time ago my friend. Blackgates guilds are far more improved then the days of being in tier 2. We are far more battle tested then you are seeing as this is your first stint in tier 1. Get ready for that third place spot when bg returns to tier 1 my friend

lol the only difference between SoR going up against TC back then and us (Blackgate) going up against TC now is that there’s actually a server that isn’t empty and is fighting hard (Kaineng). You hit 600+ PPT because SBI had a severe implosion which allowed you to do that “PvDoor” you like to accuse us of doing so much. We hit 600+ PPT against you because of determination, power, and will to come out on top. Ya’ll just ended up giving up in the end after the third week of us fighting.

Hey Vodka, did you know that you can drill down into those scores and see PPT trends over time and coverage areas? It provides a whole other layer of information that knowledgeable people use before posting.

I only recall how the issue was professionally resolved within a day or two. I remember another particular server admitting to doing the same to the towers and apologizing for it

We crushed them during NA primetime when we faced them months ago and I doubt anything will change if we face them again especially since how we crush NA primetime in tier one consistently. I find it hilarious that BG is chess thumping about their 11-0 record against us while they are down in tier two and we are in tier one, while we all know that you guys would never beat us now since you won’t tick at 600 ppt while we are sleeping.
I wouldn’t say your crushing Tier 1 NA but if you want to feel free. Keep in mind most of the NA you have done is against doors. JQ has a 40k lead thus no one is pushing too hard during NA prime suffice it to say the past few nights we’ve been rotating teams out who need breaks because we didn’t have to push hard but those team’s could have been out in force if we had deemed it necessary.

Lol SoR didn’t “crush” anyone during their prime. At that time, you did have more NA Est guilds though while we only had a couple NA Pst. Even while being greatly outnumbered, we held off an equal if not greater amount of PPT. Give me a break with that PvDoor excuse, you guys simply gave up more and more after every week of losing.
