Mance’s posts are generally pretty lighthearted fun, and his words are far from the worst that you will encounter in this thread. Devil’s advocate here, but you are within LOS if they built a cart next to the gate. Would need to see a picture from the wall to reference where their arrow cart was compared to you. A cart on the right side of the gate for them would hit you for sure.

See that gear right over the opposite side of the door in your shot? That’s an arrow cart, and the operator can use normal line of sight through the gap over the door and hit the inside. No shenanigans required.

lol… At TKG we are truly honored that you noticed our small guild. TKG has never, ever run an 80 man zerg – we don’t have nearly enough friends. Even with all of the might of Death Chainsaw with us our numbers are usually well under 30. Add in a few of JQ’s fabulous pugs here and there and you would be extremely lucky if we get close to 40 at the best of SEA times.

I will admit that if Flake is on his guardian he is quite… large and maybe you are mistaking him for another 20 people? It’s ok though, we will get him to play an asura next so you can gauge the size of our “zerg” a bit better.

Usually in SEA time we don’t have queues except to whatever borderland the Foo Foo Train is running in.

But, I will speak for the guild here, WvW has been incredibly enjoyable lately and all jokes aside – massive kudos to most of JQ, SoR and BG for keeping it fun.

So, this evening, I step on to BG BL, apparently the moment after we lost hills. This sparked something in me that hasn’t happened in a while…I…get to do…whatever the hell I want!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Okay, I’ll break a series of events tonight for everyone, this was epic as hell and really fun!

JQ owns – Garrison (LOL???)/SE Tower
SoR owns – Bay/SW Tower/Hills
BG owns – NW Tower/NE Tower

Series of events from the Jedspective (For those who don’t know me I’m a JQ Commander):
Accidentally build 3 ballista infront of SW sup camp, get portal bombed and somehow win?
Hit multiple spots on SoR Bay
BG takes Garrison…aww poor JQ down to the wittle Tower
SoR flips Garrison shortly thereafter somewhere as we strolled in their hole…I’ll leave that one alone…
Take hills
Lose tower to SoR via side catty’s (anyone wanna kill those? Nah, we’ll leave them for later so we can lose it again! Awesome, let’s go!)

BG breaks in hills kitten !!)

Anyway, if BG truly is a sinking ship (which i’m not entirely convinced of) then it sucks to see you go. There were a lot of guilds that i had a good time fighting on BG. HB, GoF and KnT come to mind, but there were many others. If you end up deciding on a new home, good luck.

GoF is here to stay on Blackgate come rain or shine

Our super-stacked enemies will try their best to make our server look unattractive by calling us a sinking ship because they want us to be just that.

What they don’t know is that we’re the only server that has fallen in and out of T1 3 times and not completely collapse. This only show’s what an amazing community we have and how close-knit we are to each other.

Being apart of Blackgate for almost half a year, I noticed it’s like being apart of a team. We will go through anything together, whether it’s bad or good, just as long as we are going through it together.

&To the people that think that we are a “sinking ship”; Blackgate is stronger now more than ever before especially with guilds like GoF & MERC. Even with the little coverage we have compared to the other 2 gigantic servers we’re facing, we were still able to beat JQ & put a gold-medal up on the mosmillenium history books, something SoR is incapable of doing even with the huge amount of coverage they have.

Now with that said, Blackgate is the server that will never die so quit trying to make it sound like we’re imploding -_-

(EDIT: Btw JQ if you get 1 more gold medal you’ll beat EU’s Vizunah Square in the gold medal count)

Edit: That moment was a pretty good example of how SF rolls though. When we completely screw up something simple like “throw a bally down” we laugh about it and start acting like the three stooges and usually it all works out in the end anyway
