Not sure what any of that has to do with the fact that I was laughing at your screenshot where you have 6 commanders taking a single keep. Even you gotta laugh at that!

edit: Also why do I care that Icoa was wiped? Icoa wasn’t even on the BL I was in tonight (JQ BL)

We have multiple commander tags because our alliance runs small groups and coordinate between them.

it’s pretty smart for BG to do this. take JQ out of the picture early and then use JQ later on to attack SoS. Also JQ just received two well known pvp guilds. why wouldn’t SoS and BG try and stop them.

Funny how we wiped the instant that ballista went down. No downed or anything. We double ported back inside inner buddy.

You mention time and time again “ty for the bags” like the troll you are. How many times did we wipe you at Hills? You were on inner, had the lord down 2 hours after reset, you couldn’t get it done, now THOSE were bags. INSTEAD it took your SEA coverage 5 hours later to start logging in, when ICoa was starting to go to bed after 7 hours of WvW. Keep beating your chest, there were less than 20 ICoa in keep when you took it from us.

In fact, you refused to attack bay so many times we decided to take BlueBriar and make it easy for you by cutting off JQ spawn, and what did you do? Stop fighting for bay inner and come and try to wipe us lol. BTW, how are those trebs on Fog?

Score update!

SoS plays what the board offers them, and they do it well. SoS doesn’t see an Objective being taken by an enemy as a loss to them. They see it as an opportunity to parallel attacking fronts, in which either JQ or BG does half or more of the work.

Tier 1 needs an SoS Jr, a true Tier 1, First Place, Server, not another Server that thinks they can take easy points and have First fall in their lap. SoS may not be “masterminding” the Tier 1 match-ups but the board has been easy pickings for too long.

BG, SoS is going to take ALL of your points once they are done with you. Enjoy this short term moral boost.

Good reset night, HB has earned the respect of my entire guild. I have to say, the only thing that stopped SoS from flipping Garrison again was that HB + BG group constantly hitting south and we were forced to draw our attention over there for all of the time HB was online. Goodjob HB, you certainly beat [Agg] on 1/18/2013, that day is yours I cannot say we kicked your kitten there :P

The game was pretty “meh”….zerg crashing upon zerg running into portal bomb rushing into zerg taking out siege fighting over supply camps…..wash rinse repeat…..but Teamspeak was a BLAST!!! PARTY TIME!!!!….SOS BL, drunks being drunk……JQ BL, drunk commanders cheerleading “get on the bandwagon…just like SOS!” (haha)….EB, commanders fighting in chat with each other like little girls to the point of being embarrassing…..BG BL, more drunk partying!!!!. (moral of story? stay out of EB TS channel haha)……good times. Now THIS is some WvW on a weekend on JQ!!!!!

Only 7 hours of WvW on reset night? We still have our NA crews out there in SoS. We try hard. On another note, it was fun out there in SoS BL, everybody had us on our toes. The golem rushes weren’t funny after the first half dozen times though, nor the catapults on the Garrison side of Cragtop; I’ll give it an A for effort however.

They sure were full of bags though.

If you guys repaired you gates and walls, we wouldn’t keep coming back. :P

Anyways… for JQ Tier 1 was the same story over and over again,

JQ, We should not QQ about this 2 vs 1 in EB. While it may appear to be an alliance, it is an informal one at best. (I really think its just the tactical advantage of the 1st place server.) JQ and SOS have held 1st and 2nd place for a long time. After last week’s score, BG realizes that they can only fight for 2nd place. Unfortunately, that creates the 2 vs 1 situation that gives SOS an advantage and BG a fighting chance. Some server has to occupy the third spot in Tier 1. This going to be the behavior of the Non-SOS-JQ server that lands in that spot. Whether you think its a cheap tactic or not, we need to get used to it and adjust. JQ is a stable community, but we have become comfortable in our spot. I hope this becomes a serious rallying call for our server.

Im sorry we forced you away from Garrison, that was in no way our attention. We just wanted some good fights, and you guys bring it every time.! – Also attacking Bay when we had garrison instead of joing us in there for a 3 way fight, may have kitten me of a bit, and made me more focused on you guys

Im going to stay up late throughout the weekend, so we can find and fight you guys. So far you have given us the best fight we´ve had in Tier1 and we are enjoying every second of it.

EB has certainly been tough as hell, 12 hours later and JQ still haven’t managed to finish a reinforced gate on anything.

Next time we have a 2v1 like this off a reset with limited supply, I recommend building more defensive siege inside the keep with the limited keep supply rather then burning it all on upgrades.

JQ have already started to fight back, this is when they do well. SEA timezone, with not much NA/Oceanic resistance.

Well we currently haven’t been a full strength on JQ quite yet. pecks at monitor in hopes that server population will drop But as you all probably have experienced at one time or another in some games the flux with the population tends to be un-predictable, but once we have our full numbers join us things are gonna be interesting in the weeks to come.

Amazing you think it is funny how other servers choose to use the commander icon. I know for my alliance, we have commanders in a voicechat communicating, while our guilds are in another. But occasionally, we do this thing called teamwork, and send forces with other commanders from other guilds to attend to certain tasks during a fight. So if 15 commanders are converging on a point to take, i would say winwin. Thanks for the point ticks. Please forgive us for being organized and working together…oh wait, this is an MMO that encourages teamwork to win, so i rescind my apology.

This point set aside, if JQQ gets the guilds that have said they are transferring, this week is hardly over. The guilds they are getting are not chump change. The dynamics of this week will change immensely, like last year’s Super Bowl…do not be a Patriots fan that started that victory dance early.

Great fights on JQ BL today, I really enjoyed commanding MERC and SoS forces there. Was some incredible defence by JQ in Bay at the Lord’s room but we eventually got it after several hours! Surprised we managed to full cap JQ BL just 11 hours after reset but it didn’t last long at all! Special shout out to FOO, MERC’s eternal nemesis in T1, you guys were causing all kinds of problems for us.

LOL, but Papa is so good at it. Atac is a solid guild, and I am proud to call them my alliance mates. Part of Aoi’s strengths are the little “attention to detail” things like this that make Aoi strong. Thank you Atac.

Looks like SoS is doing a sprint and a marathon at the same time.

Kudos to both SoS and JQ, we both did well on this lengthy Battle of Attrition and SBi went down – now with BG in the game.

This new battle of attrition continues – every day is as draining as it is rewarding.

We (JQ) have a guy hanging out on our borderlands at Spiritholme (north supply camp) constantly using supply to build golems. When politely (or otherwise) asked to stop, he makes some complaint about Temple of Balthazar.

So why don’t you leave a couple of your own guys there and when he completes a golem, jump in it and port it back to spawn?

We did just that. Got four golems from it.

The trollish part was he wouldn’t let us upgrade to double yaks, even after asking several times. It made it harder to upgrade our east and west towers.

JQ was very close to capping sunny at one point, which is usually a clusterkitten trying to retake, even with paper walls, if it is properly siege capped. BG’s first golem rush on garrison took us totally by surprise shortly after that; we had zero siege built in lord room and less than ten players when the inner gate was melting.

Tsym, you guys are impressive. It seems you are very well coordinated with AoE placement and knowing where people are going to go. Every few minutes in TS I’d hear “Tsym scout”. You guys play very well and made us react fast. I tip my hat off to you guys.

JQ… I know you’ve been in T1 all this time, but there is one thing that makes me scratch my head. Why on earth do a majority of your zergs, at least last night in EBG, feel it’s necessary to level an alt on RESET day. I’d yell at members in my guild if I saw a majority of them on their alts trying to hit 80. I also do not get why you guys sat on the bridge outside your keep (that we owned) without ever attacking a different door. We were basically farming badges.

I’m not hating, but I just don’t get how people at this point in the game can be WvWing and not be 80 and think it’s a good time to level an alt. I was able to down multiple people on my own as a level 80 warrior in full exotics in a tank spec with about 2-3 hammer swings. Just some friendly advice, bring your “A” game.

I think JQ only really pushed Sunny once or twice. We attempted to give them opportunity after opportunity to hit you, alas, they chose not to. So we went after them instead. Good fights all night, was fun.

Good points, I think over all we just like to play to have fun. No idea what was going on in EB but it sounds like we were on our heels and struggling to do anything right. Maybe they are new players enjoying the game as well. Sometimes I bring an alt in to wvw solo if I dont have a group to pull a geared 80 into. Not really all worked up about getting smacked down by a lv 80 geared.

GG last night to SoS/BG. You both brought the hammers out. We were doing all we could to just survive.
