Ohhhhhhhh, so flame ram is the counter to veteran guards. I’ve been wondering how to beat those.

Not so sure t4 is as bad as some NA think. SoS is apparently no threat during NA, and a 1v1 with DB doesn’t sound as fun as cd/sbi’s NA. SBI brings out a lot of bodies during prime time nightly for us to enjoy.

My only complaint about t4 is the very infrequent fight clubs. Don’t be shy to come and participate, mag doesn’t judge and we’re very polite at fight clubs. Except when Paralda gets bored.

Well, a lot of Maguuma’s forum warriors always claim that at tier 3 you guys “throw the match on purpose” so you can come at tier 4 a “more relaxed tier” where you guys don’t need to be “serious”, FA and DB also says it.

Well, a lot of Maguuma’s forum warriors always claim that at tier 3 you guys “throw the match on purpose” so you can come at tier 4 a “more relaxed tier” where you guys don’t need to be “serious”, FA and DB also says it.

Actually pretty much nobody says that anymore and it’s all propagated by other servers. We just get smashed in T3 because we have no fairweathers and then suffer from morale issues. I had trouble finding people to play with in the latter matches with DB and TC.

I’m not implying that, but you just sound like you’re going to be hurt and unsatisfied about it no matter what answer I give. So I’m not going to bother explaining the difference between playing the game normally for a week, vs a serious effort for two hours to accomplish a goal.

As Pinko wasn’t talking solely about the 5pm push and I was, the fact that we said two different things about two different situations isn’t that hard of a concept to grasp.

Lots of fun on SBI last night. Bannok and the other commanders did a great job for our opening night.

Nope, I want that match up as well. I miss killing all of Ebay’s “Elite” roaming squads. Also, I think it would be a pretty even match-up rather than SBI focusing CD because they want 2nd, CD focusing SBI because they want to keep second, and Mag attacking whoever they want whenever they want because they can.

About throwing the matchs in tier 3:

It’s not something we intentionally do or anything. PYRO shows up every kitten night because we no-life. Other guilds are there too regardless of winning or losing like ME, RMNT, WaR, some of kitten SM. The problem is that small coordinated guilds + pugs can’t provide coverage everywhere. If we push one place, we usually lose another. This happens even in tier 4. The problem is aggravated by the lack of PUGs in Tier 3 and that the Green server the past few times we were there is a full 24/7 coverage Tier 2 drop down. We can try hard, but we’re a NA centric small-militia server in reality and it hurts.

Wierd bug while fighting some SBI guys -I got pulled by mesmer focus 4, then I couldnt move my char at all ( wasn’t immobilized or anything) I just had to stand there not being able to do anything while I was killed- so annoying x.x

We are now snowman rushing every tower and keep. Be scared.

I know, we were playing “Hunt the Golems”

Every time we would find the hiding spot, they would disappear. Then another tower would be instant capped by golems.

I hope this huge population difference settles down later in the match, this is no fun.

Just you. Whenever I log on, our keep in EB is still ours while Mag already owns SBI’s keep.

I still care enough to post, but CD/SBI don’t really give much to work with.

Everyone hits everyone’s BL. The weakest one gets run over. SBI has been running on our BL all night with very large numbers, but we have the people to hold them to just tower/camp.

Maguuma has been going overboard with golems, and I am not a fan of it. But I haven’t seen us act as silly as SBI does with their golems. Their attempt at east keep yesterday morning was completely wasteful. “Golems, go! Did we get through the gate? There’s five arrow carts behind it and they’re repairing? Throw more golems? How about now? No? Throw the same amount of golems plus more. Now? MORE golems!”

I hate the oceanic presence. It keeps us in a tier we don’t belong in.

Are you sure your hate your oceanic presence and not your ex-NA that transferred because they dropped a single tier?

This means we no longer rely on zerging to win like we did months in the past.

More incentives for PvE players to play WvW would work way better. I go on to EB and see only about 10 people while there is an overflow in Queensdale thanks to SB.
