Tesla Coil Build - SD/AccelerantTurrets
The healing from this build would be insane you have 4+ blast finishers and a water field that’s 1.5k healing per finisher on top of the regain and healing from turret. I is a little hard to micro manage the set up for all of that though. I would suggest Net Turret instead of rocket for PvP the added control makes up for the lack of damage.
I’ve toyed with the SD turrets a few times. Looks like you have enough power and crit to make it really work.
The Net Turret toolbelt skill SD proc will hit your target at range, but I like Rocket for that burst. Nice build.
I play an SD build and whenever I detonate my turrets the SD does not actually hit my target

Sorry. This does behave like other ground targeted SD triggers. It’s dependent on camera angle. You do not get any benefit from SD when using Detonate Turret.

Sounds like a nice build. Gonna try it out sometime. But wait – it ’s really not ground targeted? O.o does it have a limited range? Can ’t believe that ’s intentional.

Its not 100% but if your looking at the target and have them selected the SD from detonate turret should hit them, it also helps if they are close.
I cant remember the post but fixing SD targeting was on the devs radar and is said that they will fix this.
Can I ask why you use forceful explosives? Wiki says nothing about it affecting turret explosions.
That’s a fail on my part. I assumed they were increasing the blast radius on the turret detonation, but they do not. I’ve recently swapped it out with Empowering Adrenaline with constantly dodging (or you can use Incendiary Powder).

This is a very fun and viable build imo, i just got done trying it out in hot joins and solo q, and it works great, thanks for sharing.
P.S. It survives a lot more than i expected.

o my gosh the build is so hilarious xD I never expected it to work out THAT nicely.
But… I´ll have to do more testing

I figured that the oppponent must be close enough to the turrets detonation so that SD connects. but when this works out… BOOM!
I’ve been playing a lot with another variation of the build using Bombs in replace of the rocket turret.

Fire bomb + Big Ol’ Bomb & 2 turret detonations = 9 stacks of AE might that lasts for 30+ seconds and then all the extra might stacks from Battle sigil.
I’ve been using smoke bomb with the turret detonations like crazy. Since the detonation blast finisher happens where you are standing and not where your turret is placed, all you have to do is stand in the smoke field and blow up a turret (no matter where it may be). Skyhammer has been a lot of fun because on points A and C right before turning the corner into the point, I’ll throw a smoke bomb, get stealth, use magnet while invis and then toss them over the edge with launch or a exploding turret. They never see it coming .

I didn’t realize the blast finisher from detonate turret was PBAoE thats pretty freaking cool. Think of what that means for water fields thats a lot of healing on a short cool down.
