Have you tried experimenting with it yourself?
Just copying and pasting a build off a website isn’t the way to go. It’s the same for everyone, you’ll be playing someone elses preferences which you may not like, you’ll drop the build and think it’s awful.
Use a build editor and experiment yourself, if you like the stats you see, then try it. You’re more likely to enjoy it than playing someone elses build.

There’s not really full power PU builds, most are hybrid or full condi.
Well I dare to say my PU power build is mainly power based. Still the mightstacking give the build a reliable condition preasure, burst still come form direct dmg.

Quite a few choices, some of which have already been listed.

A mix of direct damage and support.
Can easily throw a GS in there, or Sc/x instead of staff (just change chaos X to something else). I just like the mobility and team support of staff. Phase retreat + blink makes up for speed of a snail.
Depending on phantasms available (ie, iswordsman, duelist or izerker), could also change dom I to dom III, but because with staff/torch only having iwarlock for anything useful bar condition removal I’ve opted for dom I and relying on MW to enhance the burst, rather than any phantasm.

If you get the stack bonuses for guard kills (power and vitality), you can end up with quite a nice burst (especially if you also have 25 bloodlust stacks)
As I build out my ascended armor, I’m planning on doing half sentinels and half assassins to add even more burst.
The build linked in my sig is a power build that uses PU. It’s killer for WvW roaming, but does well in small groups, too. It’s OK in zergs, and with a few switches shines pretty well in support roles. There’s a PVE variant there, too, but the basic build can work in PVE, too. It’s just not optimal for PVE damage.
The gear is mostly for survival, so I almost never die solo and can stand firm and provide good support for zergs. If you get better at not dying, start switching out tough gear for berserkers.

Mine is a power PU build, there’s been many threads asking for such in the past two weeks ! lol I think itd be nice to tweak my build to have more might stacking. Also nice to stack up bloodlust prior
Nevertheless they’re in my sig, and I usually swap out the bladeart one for diff weapons. Pretty versatile from my experience, i dont need to go specialized on any particular OH weapon stuff. And the traits are tweakable enough. I like my builds bc they’re stable, steady and lasts long. Not really for bursting and so on, when you go pure power with 30 trait points in for PU tho
But overall most power PU builds will be similar, there’s only so much you can do being so focused/niche. I liked one that i saw recently with the might stacking 23k health, 2.9k armor and 3.7k attack? and no Deceptive Evasion on our forums though. Was interesting
