But on the bright side, Inspiration got a random buff. o_O

Mesmer

• Healing Prism: Increased the base healing by 200%. Added a 10-second internal cooldown.

I’m sure anyone using Restorative Mantras will appreciate this.

That’s not a buff, it’s a nerf. 10 second ICD on a tiny, tiny amount of healing.

Scepter trait still broke also.

Anet doesn’t fix mesmer bugs in patches. They only nerf mesmers further.
