I know, its unlikely we’ll see a change, but…..

…suppose the Reanimator trait was conditional based on whether or not you already had minions summoned. This could allow both MM and non-MM builds to profit from this minor.

What if the trait were:

“If you have other minions already summoned, summon a jagged gerbil whenever you kill a foe. Otherwise, gain 100 toughness for 5 seconds whenever you kill a foe. 30 second cooldown”

(Obviously, the specific values of 100 toughness and 5 seconds are just an example.)

Stealth nerfs are the perfect fertilizer for mistrust.

IIRC no trait is ever an if-or-else scenario. Its probably too difficult for Arenanet to program anyways, seeing as how they’ve done a fine job of programming the necromancer so far.

Meh, replace it with a wurm i say. That way at least it may actually do some damage to a nearby enemy before it wastes away. Or optionally replace the current bleed with a reverse retribution, so that each time it damages a foe it does the equivalent damage to itself.

That’s a pretty good idea.

Option 1 – Leave everything as is, remove the 30s limit (minion armies)
Option 2 – Summon a random minion on death (no idea what percentage)
Option 3 – Corpses you are near explode
Option 4 – Whenever you kill something, you and your minions are healed
Option 5 – Whenver you kill something, allies near you are healed
Option 6 – Your minions regenerate health when they attack
Option 7 – Every time you inflict a condition, you gain toughness for X seconds
Option 8 – Every time you kill an enemy, your minions health and toughness is increased (max 26 charges, ends on down).
Option 9 – Everytime you summon a minion, there is a 40% chance to summon a second one
Option 10 – Minions have a ?% chance to resummon themselves upon death
