If I calculate the auto attack damage using the official editor plus the wiki chain timer, it says that staff auto attack does quite a bit more DPS against single target than dagger, but is this true?

Against a single target, which auto attack DPS is higher, dagger or staff?

dagger has better base damage and applies poison
staff has more possible damage modifiers and applies vuln

Use the golem in Aerodrome and check will be most accurate.

yes, if you make use of all staff’s damage modifiers or the target isn’t vuln capped, staff’s dps is higher

staff’s raw dps coefficient before traits and such is 1.52
dagger’s is 1.64
