Laughter and Counters to the current meta
I’ve seen so many failed Champion X players , now thats what’s laughable but yeah that new warrior build is gimmicky :|
16) Teleports, expecially Phase Retreat and Shadow Return from S/D thief.

Good to know every build can keep 100% uptime on all those. It’s not like you can’t stun for 4s out of every 7 (every 10 I guess if you switch to GS for 100B). And aren’t you running Lemongrass with crazy GS mobility? That eliminates about half those.

why do wvwers always bring up that totally unbalanced game type in front of a pvp balacne discussion.
“berserker stance clears all CC on you and you’re still immune to CC for 8 seconds”

There’s your problem (not only yours, many fellow warriors used to make the same mistakes witht conditions/other builds): you confuse “countering” with “completely nullifying” a certain build. You aren’t supposed to destroy a warrior with just a stunbreaker.
If an enemy reaches you with greatsword, swaps weapons and uses stuns, you can be SURE he won’t be able to 100b you.
What about using rune of melandru/other stun reduction devices?

Not entirely true. If they are not in combat when they swap from GS to mace, they can swap right away. You can swap in the middle of the animation before you hit your target, stun, then swap back. Take timing but it can be done.

Yes, you can do that, but most players will not or can not. It generally isn’t worth the risk to do it imo. Considering if they move in a way you don’t anticipate and cause you to mistime it, you now can’t switch for 5 seconds.

Well, that requires a lot of luck, I guess.

The real question is: If you know he’s trying to reach you and do that with the greatsword, why didn’t you just hit him once and put him in combat? Rush isn’t a dodge you know…

I can’t say what others will do, I was just saying that it is possible. Sometimes to get some things to work, you have to think a little outside the box and do things a bit differently, especially if other players start to catch on to how your build works.
