I am working on a full rework/change for the warrior, I’ll give some of my thought, still I need help from you guys, give me your ideas !
My point :
- to give useless skills a chance to be used
- upgrade core weapons
- nerf some strong berserker primal burst
- make the warrior feels more “crushing”
- nerf passive defense, focus on active defense
- PS damage around 20k for both Condi and Power so you choose the build for a specific encounter and not because it’s stronger
- DPS spec ! (around 30k) for Condi and Power (2 axes!)
- Physical skills!
- Banners!
- Stances!
I continue my list of Warrior changes/improvement/nerf with the Hot Elite spec :
The Berserker in PvP at least
GLOBAL BERSERKER CHANGES :
-Primal burst now trigger an adrenaline level 2 instead of a level 3
-Berserker Rage skills (utilities, not the elite) can now be used by Core warrior with a penalty of 100% cooldown (not sure about this one but i’d like to see how it goes)
PRIMAL BURST :
Axe Primal burst :
Leap at your foe with a powerful attack. Foes behind your target also take damage.
Shock wave target : 5
Shock wave damage : +100%
Combo finisher : leap
Range : 300
Mace Primal burst :
Unleash a powerfull skull strike that inflicts multiple conditions
Blind : 5sec
x4 bleeding : 8sec to 12sec
x4 to x2 confusion : 4sec to 6sec
Cripple : 8sec
Daze : removed
Combo finisher : Blast to Leap
Range : 300
Hammer Primal burst :
Jump to the targeted location and slam your hammer down, damaging and stunning foes
Stun : 1sec
Radius : 240
Combo finisher : Blast
Target : 5
Range : 600
Greatsword Primal burst :
Deliver a circular attack to foes around you, creating a violent shock wave that damages foes. Deal more damage to foes with low health.
Damage against foes under 50% health
Number of targets : 5
Range : 450 to 380
Longbow Primal burst :
No change, but I still want one, just wasn’t able to figure it out
Riffle Primal burst :
Fire a fast, flaming shot that explodes on the first foe it hits, interrupting foes in the area
Damage nerf : 15%
x3 burning : 3sec
Daze : 0.25sec
Target : 3
Radius : 180
Velocity increase : 100% to 50%
Range : 1500 to 1200 (nerfed berseker, buffed core)
Spear Primal burst :
No change
Harpoon Primal burst :
No change
Sword Primal burst :
No change, the skill is good, I just don’t like it, throwing fireballs as a warrior is not my thing but hey let it be.
UTILITY SKILLS :
Wild blow :
Gain adrenaline and lash out with a critical attack that launches your target. Your target flies backward with such a force that they knock back other foes in the way.
Conditions removed : Blind and weakness
100% crit chance
Adrenaline +10
Launch : 600
Knockback : 200
Targets : 5
Range : 170 to 200
cd : 20sec
Cast time : 0.75sec to 1sec (let us see the bear picture kitten it !)
Sundering leap :
Leap to a location and gain adrenaline. When you land, deal damage and inflict conditions on all foes in the area. Gain bonus adrenaline if your attack hits.
Cripple : 5sec
x10 Vulnerability : 10sec
Immobilize : 2sec
Adrenaline +10
Bonus on hit : adrenaline 20 to 10, cd reduce 5sec
Targets : 5
Radius : 180
Combo finisher : leap
Range : 600
cd : 25sec
Shattering blow :
Adrenaline : 10 to 5
Outrage :
No change
Head butt :
Stun your target. Stun yourself. Gain adrenaline if you hit.
Reduce damage by 10%
Adrenaline : 30 to 20 (insta berserk is too stronk in my pov even tho most warrior use this skill 1st and it’s easy to avoid)
Stun : 3sec
Self stun : 1sec
No more Breakstun
Range : 300
