No fix for Fast Hands.
No fix for double death on vengeance.
But incorrect icons and lack of couple ‘small projectile finishers’ were always no.1 problem with the class if you ask me.

Oh for sure. Underwater combat is #1 concern. I’m not in yet so maybe they did fix them but are unstated. In the end, at least we didn’t get nerfs.

not too much of a difference honestly… I love playing PvE with my bow… super happy about the 10% buff to dual shot…
Wow… Thanks Anet for giving us the proper icons and projectile finishers. Glad we finally got our top issues fixed. Warrior is now in league with the rest…

We know for a fact Anet is using war as a template for balance. I would agree that we are pretty balanced, idk if these changes will bring the OP classes/builds down to our lvl. Veng is even more useless with the decrease HP in downed but overall I like the idea. Idk if the 10% bow auto increase makes it more viable in PvP or not.

Warriors get nothing but buffs… again. Nice. XD
Also static objects which melee attacks kept missing frequently (like burrows in AC dungeon) was patched to be hit more reliably too, which is nice.
Still no fix for Fast Hands?! Anet, if you can’t fix it just remove it. It is actually a hindrance to have it in its current state.

That’s the problem. They use warrior as a starting template. However, they left it behind as they built on the rest. The only class we outshine is ranger, which isn’t saying much.

Honestly, I barely used auto attack. I would go 5, Burst, 3, 4, roll in, 2, then switch. It’s not bad for forcing the enemy trying to take a point to fight on burning ground.
Which one of you is paying off anet devs? patch after patch of nerfs to other, weaker classes (even engies now) and warriors always walk away unscathed. I want to know what the going rate for a complete class is.

I’ll have to trait it again, but that wasn’t the way it worked at the start of the month. I rarely got the in combat reduction (1 in 5 maybe), and always got a 10 second out of combat CD. Had nothing to do with whether it was the first swap or not.

That still warrants a fix imo, is it still being looked into? It doesn’t sound like it from your post, it sounds like it’s broken and too hard to fix so we’ll leave it.

I’m pretty sure I see it more often than once per game… And there’s still a matter of random 5sec cooldown applying even when swapping weapons out of combat (usually after respawn). I agree though, trait is still worth it.
Any word about Vengeance bugs?

I don’t even want to look at the Ranger forums.. I’d probably cry for them, this was indeed very disappointing, my main being an Ele I could punch a kitten over some of the changes they made in this patch.
Unless the rest of the patch notes read “removed stealth, clones and all pets” I’m really disappointed.

Yeah this. Poor ranger class Broken and ignored.
Warriors buffed AGAIN? Rangers and eles (two of the professions most in need of attention) are getting consecutively nerfed and screwed over, and warriors are getting buffs?
If ANet wants to know why people are quitting it’s things like this.
I think this patch was actually detrimental to the Warrior s/tPvP meta.
Nerfed thief burst but didn’t nerf ours (or change our skills).
Now we’re definitely lumped into the burst/roaming category.

Alberel I would hardly call them buffs, they aren’t game breaking any way. I would agree though, that a few classes got shafted in this patch, they where promised fixes and to be brought up to speed with other classes and instead received nerfs. Very disappointing.
T’was a mockery. With all of our glitchy traits, completely underwhelming combat, basement level skill ceiling for most weapons, and we get combo finishers and proper icons. Oooooh, Aaaaaah. What a joke. When there’s blatently broken stuff to fix, please focus on that. I’ll take a fixed trait over slightly inaccurate and very irrelevant (for anyone that’s used the skill/trait a few times) descriptions and icons.

hey woah woah no john you are very mistaken it doesn’t just happen when you set it or zone in. I just tested to make sure and I have even seen it happen twice in a row in the past. Please please don’t remove it I wouldn’t be able to play comfortably with a 10 second cooldown but for the love of god and all that is holy my anu.. i mean fix it.

Give us protection, replace our tier 2 worthy grandmaster traits(or upgrade them), and fix 2/3 of our utilities. I will stop being annoyed when at least 2 of these are done.

I’ve been running that trait forever, and it not working on the first swap and sometimes causing a 5 second delay outside of combat is so annoying, I’m sad it still hasn’t been fixed. That’s really my only issue right now

IN no way i mean to complain or be happy, i simply feel forgotten because all the patches that don’t involve warriors and even a patch this big has..nothing. AT LEAST NERF SOMETHING SO I CAN RAGE i dont know.. warriors are no way in a great state (not talking about powerful or weak, more like we have our own bugs and stuff.)

Sir, you have just proven to me that you do not actually play this game. I logged in, changed my traits to get Fast Hands. Went into combat. With 20 in combat swaps I got the full 10 second CD on 19 of them. With 20 out of combat swaps I got a 5 second CD on 18 of them.
I’d already sworn off PvE due to the manifest being burned and being given the finger by ANet because the WoW players bring in more money. I was waiting around to see if my Warrior at least would finally be worth playing in PvP, so I could at least wait out the storm in there.
No major changes to the core problems of PvP itself, and an even bigger middle finger to Warrior players who have been yearning for a rebalance to worthless secondary skills since the betas. I think I’m beyond being disappointed in ANet, and to the point that I’m just curious as to how delusional and disrespectful they can really be. Really? Improved dual shot damage by 10%? The skill that never even hits targets to begin with? The worst PvP weapon, and that’s it? Seriously, it’s just funny now how inept these people are.
