Currency Exchange Issues
I contacted support and they fixed it, lasted 1-2 days than it broke again i can still buy gems but my exchange is black screen again so it has to be an issue on there side not player side.
I had this problem for a few days, and as soon as I mentioned having it to a friend (who didn’t have the problem), I found myself magically able to gain access ._.
It’s certainly a problem and is really inconsistent. My best advice is to just keep trying and eventually it might work. And it seems that once it gets unstuck, it runs into no further problems.
I wish that was true i contacted support and it worked for a few days and broke again but at lest i got what i wanted before it broke.
This problem persists and no response from anybody in support or from anybody on here. I guess only a few people have this issue so screw us.

I have had the Blank Currency Exchange issue the past few days. I tried refreshing the cache and all that stuff that people have posted. I uninstalled the game, deleted the cache and re-installed the game. I have a fully functioning currency exchange at this time.

I put a support ticket in to anet, and a little while later I got some kind of update, I checked game release notes and nothing was posted, however currency exchange works now.
You’re lucky.. I’ve been dealing with anet support for like 3-4 days now and they are clueless to the problem. I wish somebody from anet would at least acknowledge this problem on the forums. They seem to have ignored every post about this.

Here’s a suggestion — which I initially gave info on clearing one’s browser cache, and we’d like to suggest clearing your Guild Wars 2 cache.
The quickest way to clear the GW2 Cache is to:
- Ensure your game is completely closed.
- Hold your “Windows Key” and press “F” to open Windows Search on your computer.
- Search for “gw2cache”
- It will find a folder called “gw2cache-{bunch-of-letters-and-numbers}” at:
“C:\Users\YourComputerUserName\AppData\Local\Temp” - Delete this “gw2cache-{bunch-of-letters-and-numbers}” folder that is shown in the results.
- Load up your game normally and your TP should now function properly.

Followed these instructions and the currency exchange page still won’t load for me.
Yeah, same for me. Hopefully they have a handle on the situation and I can get a fix before character slots are on sale again so I dont miss it again… Cause I wasnt able to buy any this time.
I have tried clearing the cache and that didn’t work. I did a fresh install on my other computer and still I am unable to Buy Gems. So it has nothing to do with the cache it is something on ANet’s end or who ever handles the buy and selling of the gems.
Hi ^^ Last night I made a topic and it apparently got moved here. The cache removing thing didn’t solve it for me. But oddly enough, running CCleaner while the TP was open somehow solved the problem.
I checked if it worked yet. It didn’t.
Figured I’d do something else instead and ran CCleaner and Bullguard Antivirus.
I let CCleaner remove browser history, cookies and all that sort of stuff.
When CCleaner was done, I tried again, since I’m kind of desperate for money and have gems laying around. And this time it suddenly worked.
For people interested in trying the program, it’s Piriform’s CCleaner. I consider it a must-have if you’re like me and live online :P

We pushed a change a few hours ago in hopes that it would relieve some of this issues. If you are still experiencing issues, we’d love to know more to help our investigation. It would be great if you could reply and provide the following information:
1. Which part of the BLTC you were trying to load?
Examples:
- Gem Store (buying items from the store)
- Currency Exchange (gold-> gems -or- gems -> gold)
- Trading Post (buying/selling in-game items to other players).
2. What happened instead?
- Blank brown screen?
- Blank black screen?
- Do you have a screenshot?

The Issue I keep getting is When trying to buy Gems with my credit card it just says There was an error and to please try again later.
Attached is a screen shot after I try to submit my credit card information.
I am receiving the same issue as Lord SilverStone.3782 when attempting to purchase gems from the store with a credit card. This has occurred multiple days and with different gem amounts (2800/$35 and 800/$10). Error is the same as the screenshot in his post.

This issue you are experiencing is separate from the Currency Exchange blank page being discussed in this thread. Can you please submit a ticket to Customer Support for further assistance?

Today distribute boosters and I again got nothing
Hi I am experiencing currency exchange issues. Yesterday i bought 800 gems
Order number: HTJX0987
Order date: 07/11/2015
Payment form: Credit Card
800 Gems
Subtotal: $ 10.00
Tax: $ 0.63
Total (incl. Sales Tax): $ 10.63
I want GOLD.
I went to exchange for gold and keep getting the error displayed in the screenshot attached. Not sure what the issue is but I did submit a support ticket on your website yesterday and got nothing but useless copy and paste replies.
I submitted a bug report about 30 mins ago. clearing cache and running ccleaner did nothing.
Let me know what i can do to assist You in resolving this issue

@tdog: create a support ticket — you need to do that to get an individual response.
If you are on a new account, that feature may not yet be enabled. I see the character is quite low-level, so I’m not sure how old that particular account is.
