In the beginning u fight some Krait to free prisoners. Those Krait has a tendency to end up INSIDE the Cave cieling making them hard or impossible to hit. And the Cages wont open unless all are killed… Picture below… The Krait in the Picture is compleatly inside the cieling. My pet is there too… and only condition dmg can affect it when its there… Everything else is “obstructed”

When wearing the Arah dungeon reward light armor chestpiece, any back item that I equip has a large, visible gap between my character’s back and the item (see attached image, and how far away the attach points of the wings are from the rest of the character). The gap goes away if I unequip the chestpiece, but returns as soon as it is equipped again. This appears on human males, but I’m unsure if other race/gender combos experience it as well.
Lionguard and Krytan/Valley Harpoon Guns from PvE cultural weapons vendors do not have the appropriate skins. PvP versions of those same weapon sets do have the correct models, so it’s obvious they exist and should be there for PvE versions too.
Tested only via preview window. Screenshots taken for detail.

PvP Locker in Heart of the Mists used for previewing PvP Lionguard & PvP Valley skins.
All three Lions Arch Cultural Weapon Vendors used to test Lionguard skins.
T1 Divinity Reach Cultural Weapons vendor tested for Krytan skins.
Wearing basic issued PvP heavy armor in Heart of the Mists.
Wearing level 80 Knights Vigil heavy armor of the Soldier in PvE areas.

The first dye channel has no effect on the appearance of the armor. In the screenshot I have selected red dye in the first slot and it can easily be seen that the color appears neither on the back nor front of the armor.

Issue: All shoulders on charrs and norns have the same placement bug.
From the front view you can see the left shoulders always sits lower and more closer to the head compared to the right shoulders.
This is for all shoulders.
If you fix the left shoulder placement on Charr and Norn model you would fix ALLOT of clipping problems at once.

The top section of the pants that should be skin (and is on other classes) is instead a solid colour matching the main dye channel, which also causes a very obvious seam around the stomach.

These seams show, sometimes worse than others, but always flashing… so it is super distracting. They flash between the armor color and the skin color. There is also more on the hip area, but much more subtle. Problems seem to be mostly around shoulders and armpit area, generally looking much different than pre-LionsArch patch.
Edit: Added more images of the back clipping. Very visible. This flashes a lot when I run (between the skin and armor color) so it is very noticeable and very hard to ignore.
rant: Those talking about “fixing bugs before releasing more content” are making a fantastic point. If things like this are breaking in your code that you are not intending to modify, there is something very wrong with the way it is written. To fix it I understand is a big investment, but it needs to be cleaned up or it will only get worse. Stop adding more huge blocks of code and fix what is there. It will destroy your game.

Problem: The shoulder pads interfer with my back and even with my weapon (Fractal Capacitor and Corrupted Avenger respectively)
Firstly I thought it was some kind of bug (because I transmuted it), but then I bought another one and noticed that besides the actual pads are a bit to big and interfere with my back there was this white stuff right on the middle of my back. I’m not sure it is an actual bug or if it’s suppose to look like this but if it is the latter… I must be honest and strongly advise you to redo it, it doesn’t even “stick” to the back of the character as you can see in the attachments it’s always in the same angle, even in combat. Thank you.

Problems with a utility skill Hidden Pistol and its tool belt Hidden Pistols:
1. Pistols you hold during the animation are not the ones you use, but rather two Legionnaire Sidearms. This might be done on purpose, but if I happen to hold two pistols when I use this skill, I think you should let me use those pistols.
2. The pistols aim at the sky during the animation.
3. If I, for some weird reason, happen not to hold any weapons, both skills do not create the smoke. This isn’t really important but it’s still something that probably doesn’t work as intended.
Zodiac Medium Armor – Clipping With Self + Misaligned Textures

Description:
Zodiac medium armor on female sylvari has the ‘underwear’ part of the armor clipping right through the back of the skirt of the same Zodiac armor. It is usually worse than this image shows.
ALSO
The inside texture of the skirt does not match up with the outside texture of the skirt on both sides. The result is a large transparent gap where no skirt is visible when looking at the character from the front due to seeing between the textures.
- Outside texture hangs off of the outside lower bone of the waist armor
- Inside texture hangs off of the top-inner bone of the waist armor

Just noticed that my Norn Engi has an issue with her left eye. This only seems to happen when she has her weapon drawn and only when she turns to her right. She keeps winking at me!

Ghastly Bow Bug
Note: This is a well known bug for all classes, races, and sexes.
Race: Charr
Class: Warrior
Sex: Male
Weapons: Ghastly longbow and shortbow.
When you log in or enter a new area at night time, the bow glows with particle effects as usual (see attachment 1). As soon as the weapon is drawn, the particle effects disappear (see attachment 2) and don’t return unless you re-log or go to a new area. The bow remains blue colored at night, but none of the particle effects work once it has been drawn, even if the bow is then stowed again (see attachment 3).
This bug is not location, character, or situation specific, as far as I can tell. The same thing happens wherever I test this, whether I’m in one of the maps or in a dungeon or other instance entirely.
After more testing, I’ve determined that it is the action of drawing the now that causes the bug. If have, say, the bow and a great sword equipped, and I draw my great sword and then switch to the bow, the particle effects work as they should. Also, I equipping and reequipping the bow causes the effect to work normally again. So, drawing the bow or using a longbow skill (or any utility/elite skill) that causes the character to draw the bow causes the bug to occur.
This bug has existed since release (from what I’ve read) and has been mentioned five times (now six times) on this forum. This is one of the coolest particle effects in the game that simply doesn’t work. Please fix this so that all of us ghastly-weapon-lovers can enjoy the effects on the entire set, including the bows.

Drawing the short- /longbow while not attacking, the shoulder clipps through the shoulder armor.
This happens with the “Duelist Pauldrons” and every similar skin (e.g. Nika’s Pauldrons, Errol’s Pauldrons, etc.)

Image 2) Zoom of the clipping issue that seems related to the physique selected (last one in the top row)

Image 4) The same issue seems present (but less noticeable) with Twilight Arbor medium armor
Image 5) That same physique create a strange clipping with “Outlaw Coat” (craftable level 25+ medium armor) also.
As much as i could check, these issues appear only using that physique.

Uv mapping slightly off – not a big deal.
Leaves have no “dual side texture”- making them visible from the front view, but not from behind.
First screen show the Uv error, may be hard to see.
Second screen shows (combined with first), that the leaves have no back side texture.
Someone say game crash must be related to OOM
when you read the log it’s not related to that whatsoever…

Problem: After one of the recent updates, the shoulder armor from the HotW – Arms of Koda are way over-sized. Before the update, the pauldrons fit perfectly but now they are too big. Please fix this problem as other players have also encountered this issue. I have attached screenshots of the over-sized pauldrons. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you!

Details: After using a Total Maker Over Kit to alter the appearance of my character, his neck became grayish in a very off tone way, this only happens with the Stag Mail and no other of the several pieces of armor I’ve tested with including town clothes, the problem is specially evident when the skin is spouse to be in the shade.
Also, during previews and cut scenes the problem disappear, only happening in game.
Note: I’ve altered the size of the head (commonly left unchanged I believe) to be larger so it would accommodate the Norns natural large build, I suspect this might have something to do with the shading problem, and no matter the graphic settings max or min, the problem subsists.
The first image shows the Stag Mail bug, along with other samples under the same conditions not bugged.
The second image is from previews and log in screen where again the bug is not present.
Full Armor Set: For the sake of details, I’ll post the name and links to every piece of armor in case that helps in any way.

I think this one is intended though, they look too well done to be a mistake…at least that’s why I picked them.
Edit: Wait…magic find?!?
The picture was taken back before they removed magic find from the armor sets. The graphical bug is still there however. I’m pretty sure its a bug since it isn’t present on the other glove, and the two strips that are hanging are not connected seamlessly to the rest of the gauntlet.
Zodiac Medium Armor Combination Texture Issue
Introduced with the 2014, February 24th LS patch that added the Zodiac Armor to the Gem Store.

Issue: This specific combination causes a strange texture issue on the small of the back. Removing/hiding any one of these 4 pieces of armor gets rid of the issue, but all 4 equipped and visible causes the odd effect of a square chunk being taken out of the small of the back.

Kudzu is mostly covered by hair whenever it is stowed, as is part of the capacitor. I have attached a preview of the Light of Dwayna as this is what I want to equip, however as you can see it is barely visible.

The issue is the clipping of T3 Norn cultural heavy armor gloves with the character skin whenever I try to use any armor that shows the skin bits on the arm part or without using any torso armor. I circled it with red line but it’s more visible to preview the clipping in game.
I just want to state that Human Male shoulder pieces are always way big and unfitting, not looking as good as norn’s

Description:
- Wrong placement of weapon on back
- No problem when charcter holding weapon
It’s really annoying graphical bug, because it’s very apparent. This is first time when i see bug such as that.

Also the new hair doesn’t sway with your character where it moves from side to side like other female hair styles. It’s like it’s been waxed to stay like that.
Actually my actual armor dye the hair clipping is less noticeable since I use midnight ice dye, but the swaying of the hair is bothering me a little more.

TOXIC GAUNTLETS CLIP MOST SHIELDS
-The spike part goes right through the front of the shield. It’s been this way
since they were released. This ruins just about all the shields I like. I’ve
waited since Toxic Gauntlets came out for this to be fixed. Now I felt like it
was time to post the problem. Please fix asap.

-This shield is way too small on my huge Norn. I noticed the shield is bigger on
other models. This isn’t a shield… In it’s current form it’s more of a buckler.

When wearing the medium Svanir chestguard from Honor of the Waves, on the right arm pit a piece of ‘skin’ disappears, making it transparant. When unequipping the chestpiece, the missing piece returns to the body.

Has anyone spoken about the red line going down the middle of Norn T1 Cultural Armor?

Description: There is a large and very noticeable red line going straight down the center of Norn T1. The line also goes down the middle of the two sides.
The Hell-fire set for some reason the helmet on an asura character seam to have the ears clipping tough the side of the helmet. look really odd can the ear not be hidden when wearing this helmet please.

As you can see, the frontal part of the ascended chest armor pierces into the leggings armor. There are some clipping issues on the back as well.
