Hey all,

I wanted to post in this thread to let you know that I’ve accepted a new position at ArenaNet, and I will no longer be your point of contact for this thread or the Account Issues Forum in general.

I will still be very active in the forums as a whole — that’s for sure! However, a Customer Support Team member will be helping you in this sub-forum and a Technical Support rep will help over in Tech Support. They’re all great, so you’ll be in terrific hands in the future!
