i wish i could get one dungeon done today :c this error is annoying

i still cant do dungeons its been 2 days now wtf. ooah God!
they still havent fix the problem. for them to fix, it will take weeks or so.

I got disconnected several times in The Nightmare Within level 3 final boss while entering dungeon (was in party) . Now when I try to login in game after character selection screen I got 19:9:18:1616:101 error code every time and not able to play game anymore.

Also getting this. Another in a long list of problems I have had with this game.

Same error with fractals

there is something else happened, when I joined in the group first time.. it was fine until I did 2 dungeons. after that I couldn’t join across server. the other thing I noticed was when I joined, the game automatically guest me to that server and when 2 of the guest were gone I couldn’t join any more groups and I couldn’t guest since my guest were automatically filled up. I also asked bunch of other people, they said they can’t guest. for some reason they already guest to other server even though they didn’t. some said they blocked from guesting

Yeah now that you mentioned it, I was too guesting couple servers even though I haven’t intentionally been guesting anywhere for a long time.

It started few hours ago. I did 2 AC runs with no issues, since then haven’t been able to access any other dungeon. Same story as everybody else’s. Server Aurora Glade.

Weird it worked this morning for me to get in instances but now it isn’t and I keep crashing again.

I believe its guesting, once u guest is filled up after you join other server in dungeon, you can’ join anyone else. the game kicks you otherwise

So that mean the issue hasn’t been fix.

I have comfirmed that my situation is the same. The people I joined were from the two servers I now appear to be guesting. Very anyoing as the people I play with are on different servers than the ones automatically asigned to now.

Thanks Ashley; would be nice to know if there is chance of it being fixed today or in the next couple of days. Especially since I am on vacation to play for a few days, I will go back to work if it’s not going to be fixed…

from today iam having the same problem cant get into any dungeons it keeps on coming up with the same message about internet and also say on the main charcter menu that one of mine as 0% world map when i know ive done 100% with it and this is happening on my server ring of fire

I am trying to do dungeons but I got this error.
If I try to log in again it will remain and crash the game until someone kick me from the party.
This is very frustrating.
It seems not to be happing just with me. Plz fix it.

Our patience is wearing out. Obviously something with yesterday’s patch messed up some coding in how guesting is working.

Right now the majority of people cannot do anything and you guys (Anet) almost never give us any concrete information. You should take note of how Riot Games technical Support at least tries to update their players with how things are going on.

Perhaps a compensation of say around 400gems would be adequate to make up for the lost gold I could have earned farming dungeons in the past two days? Sounds fair to me!

Couldn’t have put it better.

Still no dungeons, still getting error, still crashing, still frustrating.

I dont know how to fix dungeon problem, error, crashing. but i fix my frustration. Blizzcon, Warlords of Draenor and Reapers of soul. Makes me want to go back and play WoW agian. I’ll problem play Reaper of souls it seem promising just hearing them talk about it.

Oh, I heard how to fix the problem from an in-game friend. He said, when u guest to other server u will get dungeon dc. To stop that from happening you have to open dungeon in your server and host it. I haven’t tried it yet.

Can’t do dungeons to get geared for wvw.. so frustrating.

I have a feeling it’s just a time thing. Once the dungeon closes to you, you can relog, assuming the leader left the dungeon.

First post here…yea it’s pretty bad. Couldn’t even do the final chamber of the nightmare tower. Grey screened and gave me the same error code. I think the “shortcut” trick was a placebo and may have worked because at that moment it allowed you to log in and join LFG into dungeon or party. Now it doesn’t work because this bug is not on YOUR side, its on their’s.

So you can do anything that is non-instanced and/or from your own native server. LFG with randoms is the problem because they may not be on the same server you are on and this seems to trigger when your group instances into a dungeon or chamber like in the nightmare tower. Guesting (as I have tried into Crystal Desert) doesn’t work either. This seems to be the problem though. Something of this patch bugged guesting/instancing/group joining from non-native servers so now it’s only a matter of time till we get the update fix within the client

and that’s why you always check your dungeons are not closed before you open a nightmare tower.

Bug still on after patch

Several Fixes for this Bug include.

1.) Be the host of the dungeon you wish to compete in.
2.) Only collect players from your server if you aren’t host.

Looks like we just got a new build, but the issue is still unresolved. I cant do any dungeons.

Please fix this. I am unable to enter a dungeon with a group since the patch. It is embarrassing and is ruining one of the more enjoyable aspects of the game

Just now downloaded the 90MB or so patch and sadly, I can confirm it has not fixed this “server bug” yet

The pattern I get this error are still the same:

LFG party join and enter dungeon, grey screen error code and force close to desktop.

Log back in and after character select, grey screen error code and force close to desktop.

Log back in and after character select, I am able to re-enter the world. At this point, I usually get asked to join the dungeon I got hung up on. I must refuse because if I join again, the “bug cycle” starts over.

So no go yet

Breaking the in-game LFG tool and ultimately spoiling everyone’s dungeon runs is just really terrible. If a speedy solution cannot be found, and a roll-back is not possible, then at least implement a stop-gap measure. Giving everyone unlimited guesting for this period would definitely allow everyone to still continue using the LFG tool and match up with people from other servers to create groups for dungeons.

Please remember that dungeons are supposed to be a large part of GW2 endgame…so by not fixing this, your player-base has effectively NO ENDGAME LEFT TO PLAY! Zerging through the living story tower, or WvW, or champ trains are just that: mindless zerging and not endgame.

This “new build” they put has nothing to do about being DC from dungeons. its another Living story update. They are more to focus on their living world then ppl doing dungeons. Come on Anet. what is this ..

Temporary solution – post your dungeon listing under “open world content”, which is limited to your server only.

for those who are having issues after not getting into an instance, namely that you cannot select the character at all, one workaround is to guest to one of your servers (if you’re like me then your guested servers have been decided for you) then leave the area you tried to enter (plains of ascalon for example if you were trying to get into ac) then return to your normal server and you should be fine. slightly ridiculous, but it’s the only way that i’ve found that works; aside from waiting it out i mean
