Guild Wars 2

i love guild wars2 i really do. but for about a year now, ive been getting this error about 30 minutes into the game, 5 minutes after starting or even 2 hours. its really making me sad. i want to buy gems and support the company but how can i if this keeps happening. i just want a fix can someone offer one.

I am having the same problem I keep getting kicked off the client with this code 7:11:3:191:101 can someone please help with this problem.

Also am I having this problem because I’m on a EU server when im located in the NA?…..could that be the problem, if not then what could it be?

This problem also happens for me, but when I contact support, they just tell me to uninstall my security system, which is a ridiculous idea.

Sometimes I have no problems but most of the times I can not play at all, so I don’t understand how this could be a security problem, I really love this game and wish I did not have this problem but I might just have to find something else to play.
