Hello my friend wants to play again after a year or so of not playing but during that year email account he used to login became inactive. He send two “tickets” asking for help but there was no anwser. So he asked me to find out why, his ticket number is 1209941. I hope you can help him soon so we can start playing together again

No response yet. I have created a new email for GW2, still want to link with original GW on original email.
I can’t log in to GW1 with error code 045. It said I bot. But in fact I did not. What happen is I use Logitech keyboard with macro just for /age and /resign. I don’t get any advantage of this as it is pure typing and I don’t automate the macro. Every items in gw I earn are through finger play and they are hard earn.
I have log a case about 7 days now so far no response at all except the automated reply. My case no is 1205763.

This is about to my GW 1 account being banned for botting or something along those lines. I hadn’t logged into almost a year so it is possible my account was compromised, but I’m not sure. I just know I’ve never personally used a bot or third party program of any kind for GW.

Hello my friend had deleted his old email address in which GW2 was linked to.
Now he has forgotten his password and when trying to recover it he gets an error, probably because of SMTP protocol which makes sure the email address exist when sending an email.
We’d like to play GW2 together but can’t atm because Arena.net hasn’t answered in his ticket in 8 days.

If the lost password is for the account posting on the forums, the password must be saved in the browser, and can be retrieved using the browser’s tools. A quick Google search will provide the instructions on how to retrieve passwords.

Make sure to check each character for any missing Log-In rewards. If you deleted a character that you might have logged in with that day, your Log-In reward will be forfeited permanently.
The Team likely has no tools to create the missing chest at this time.

From what I’ve read, the old method of applying a serial code to an already existing account doesn’t work anymore so I made him submit a ticket.
