Its been over a month, and I have not gotten a response, could you please address these issues. 1137176 and 1135170 Also please don’t delete my post next time around, because I did not break any of the forum rules. Furthermore, even though you might not be trained to handle guildwar 1 account requests…. you still have not provided any alternative means for support. At least not that I am aware of at this time, so if you could please for the love of all that is holy address my issue… that would be great thanks.

Heya!
A while ago on 27/01 I send in a ticket about my guild wars1 account (1194853).
In short: I can’t log-in on my gw1 account. I really want to be able to play it and to link it to my gw2 account for achievements and to get more fun out of the game ^^

It’s been about 20 days, but I’m a patient man, yet sooo eager to play it x)

My husband and I both submitted tickets for password resets. we both received links to reset our passwords in 3 days, mine worked and his told him it was expired just 5 hours after it was sent to him. He was told that it would be escalated and has not heard a word since. It has now been 7 days! can they not just try re sending the link? Please help him out so we can actually play while he still has some time out of work…

I’m guessing the massive influx of returning/new players is what’s keeping the normal response time so high, so I don’t mind that this is the longest support has taken to get back to me. If the ticket numbers are numerically based on how many tickets they get, some of the tickets from three weeks ago are ~60k less than mine. That’s astounding. I’ll throw my # out here anyway, so maybe Michael will put in a good word for me.

Three of the six GW1 accounts my family has purchased going back to original beta were closed on the 29th or 30th of January.

I received identical copy and paste messages to each ticket talking about numerous accounts deleted on the 14th for using third party programs that gave a significant advantage over other players. My family has not used such programs and my family’s accounts were not closed on the 14th, suggesting a mistake has been made.

In order to help diagnose any possible errors, I asked if a household gaming network with multiple computers would look like a third party program to your diagnostics.

I asked if the officially licensed Guild Wars Factions zboard keysets would look like a third party program to your diagnostics.

I have received no response to these questions since asked on the 10th of this month.

That is 9 days ago, and approximately 20 days since accounts lock.

Can we please get this resolved before the EULA requires an escalation of these tickets to the next level?

This is ridiculous.

A ticket that I sent (Ticket 105415) regarding an issue with the original Guild Wars still hasn’t gotten an answer, despite it being more than a week old. It was sent on the original Guild Wars website, If I recall.

Moreso, there were two other tickets regarding the same exact issue that I created on this website instead, that still haven’t gotten an answer to. Both of them also more than a week old: Tickets 1243178 and 1243547.

I can’t make any purchases through the NC Store for Guild Wars 1; it continuously says “Payment Authorization Failed,” even though I have tried with multiple forms of payment and have also tried from another computer.
