Managed to log in at long last – afraid to log out (or of DC) now. Hopefully the issue will be properly fixed before long.

yeh i hope seafearer’s rest is fixt soon,
they shouldt give us possibility to go guesting if server is down

when I came back to my computer after half an hour Code:42:1020:9001:4103 had changed to the same error but with 5 at the end each time..

Definitely add up to this, because the longer the line of “me too”, the more stress on the ones responsible for figuring this thing out. Motivation is good.

The Loginproblem started with the new update we had today. After updating i could log in without any problems, but now i have the same problems as everyone here. A Friend of mine, just updated her game and tryed my login and it worked. Then she logged off, tryed again and there was the Problem.
Maybe you crushed something with this update?

We both play on EU server.

Also playing EU and cannot login, launcher download a small amount which seems to have broke it

I don’t know if this has anything to do with the login problems but I’m currently back in game, however, the lag is worse then normal, and i just had a black screen as well

Ok having the login problem, on Far Shiverpeaks (EU) also advised that I am showing as logged in as far as the guild roster is concerned.

logged in and email does show up so ppl gonna see ur email, its not looking good, i wont be playing until i know this is fixed, there goes all my dailys

If this would have been happening on World of Warcraft, someone would have shot himself already…

I had the same problem here. The server is Underworld. But i tried and tried to log in and finally i’m in! Thanks Anet!

Was able to login after more than 10 tries then played dungeon then disconnected and now cannot login with having the same issue

2. Is it turned on?
3. Is it connected to the phone line?
4. Have you tried re-booting it?
5. Have you tried using an elementalist?
6. Have you sought Asuran council?
7. When can we expect a replacment hamster?
