I lost my cool during my forum post because it seems so weird to have my account restored only to have it permanently banned. It feels like a huge slap in the face and extremely demoralizing on what should but a fun game experience.

I know you guys are swamped, all I ask is just a little more in-depth look at the accounts being restored so that this issue doesn’t even have to happen.

Thanks for your continued hard work and I hope I can get my account back and running soon. I’ve missed playing with my friends and guild mates.

Incident 120903-001548.

It has now been 11 days since my account was hacked and 6 days since it was returned to me and I requested either a credit to my credit card for gems I just had bought before the hack occurred or a return of the gems. I provided the order number for the gems in the incident report.

Also, I appear to have lost my CE items too when I deleted my first character.

Hi, I made a request to reset my GW1 account so I can go back to do Hall of Monuments and link my account go GW2. My request was sent last week with the original CD Key that came with my account. Incident: 120826-007493 – Tome of Influence bugged when I used and didn’t give any influence, vanishing after use.

Submitted back on 8/26. I never received any replacement item (I wasn’t even aware that there was a wave of replacements sent out until just a little bit ago today).

I received a very generic “sorry about the wait” response back on 9/12.

No resolution yet, unfortunately.

Received 2 responses from the Support Team, first on 25/08/2012 04:19 PM and the second on 29/08/2012 03:13 AM . Total silence since then, ticket was auto-closed on 10th Sept., followed by an email asking me to confirm if I still needed help. I clicked the link in the email and did indeed confirm I still needed help.

Still being deafened by the silence from the Guild Wars Support Team. After 21 days I’ve pretty much run out of patience!

I sent items in game to my guild master while he was in the midst of a server transfer. The items were never received by him, and were never returned to me. I sent test mail after the transfer and it sent.

I got a response from a GM saying that mail can’t be received if your inbox is full, which is not the issue I was having whatsoever. It wasn’t just random mail, I had expensive materials totaling around 10g at the time of purchase, and I’d really like for this to be resolved!

I put in a ticket on sunday the 9th because my account was hacked and all my gear/gold/banked items/crafting materials were stolen. Also my mail was deleted. Is there a way to get my gold/items back without having to roll back my account? Since it’s been so long i started playing again and would not really want to have all that work/time deleted. I logged on while they were stealing stuff I believe and was able to change my password and protect my two lowest level characters.

Day number 7 for my friend who got hacked, and no response so far other than the initial automated message – nothing to say it’s being looked at, no human response to acknowledge the issue, and in the meantime the hacker has changed his server at the very least. I know he would appreciate even being told a planned timescale for the resolution, especially as it seems a lot of people are finding that even once they have their account back it gets banned for the hacker’s abuse…

I had a similar issue on launch of headstart. Purchased 4 pirate outfits by mistake when only intended to purchase 1. Sent a ticket in, similar response that they can’t undo purchases even for lag. When the system gives you no indication that it worked, I don’t think this is a good response. I’ve been a customer since Prophecies, and purchased every campaign/expansion and numerous character slots/costumes. To make matters worse, I even deleted a character wearing one of the outfits not realizing he had it because I didn’t see it in inventory or the hero screen because I was looking at my Armor and not Town Clothes.

Incident: 120904-010932 (originally started under another ticket on aug 31 which was resolved improperly).

Received communication 9/14 from a CS rep at 7:23 est asking for me to select an option to properly resolve my ticket. I responded roughly 20 minutes later (give or take a few) and was wondering if there was any headway?

I truly appreciate all that the CS has worked for and all the explosive rages they have experienced (not an easy task by far) and for the forum admins for keeping the peace as best they can.

Mods do not just lock this and tell me to open a ticket, I had my account hacked and this morning received an email stating it was corrected and they sent me my email username and password.

One problem, when I go to login it says no email/username exists, I returned an email to the one they sent me and I still have no word. Stuff like this -if it is not- should be in a priority pile I will be extremelykitten if I have to wait another 48+hours to hear back again, just to have them correct this issue they claimed they already fixed.

Can someone get in touch with me to confirm that support knows my issue is still not solved and can set my account so I can actually login to it

This query was submitted on the 9th of September and 6 full days have passed. To summarise, my account and e-mail was broken into whilst i was admitted to Hospital (after several attempts from around the world) and everything i owned – including the Digital Deluxe items – were liquidated and/or traded away via mail. Basically i don’t have a single copper to my name.
