Kamina.5476, you need to wait 3 days or more to post here. I know that being patient is very difficult in this situations (and I tell you with all the weight of experience). But you have just one option right now, and that is to wait until an agent answer your ticket.
If you can wait 2 days, and the agent support didn’t help you for that moment, then you can post your case here.EDIT: i send you a PM kamina. It’s 3 days from the ticket creation, not the date of the problem.
Ok thank you, sorry for the misunderstanding. I gave an email to them from the day i found out and figured it counted as three days ago. Thanks again for the clarification.

131006-000058 Still no word from support from gw2 however NCsoft support sent me a very generalized email stating

NCSOFT Payments Support Team” -my issue is that they just sent this, its beenalmost 5 days and iv been outed 200 dollars. This does not state they know who or what happend exactly or if they would help. It says maybe they will. All im concerned with is if my GW2 support team can assist in this? either from checking purchase logs or is this strickly a ncsoft thing now?

I simply want my gear back so I can start playing again since I have wiped all of odd files from my computer, changed password and downloaded the security app.

okay this is very annoying, i bought the game yesterday and created an account. I have not be able to log into the game client at all. Says i have invalid password or username. I did send in a ticket and got a reply about an hour later that gave me a link to reset my password i did that. And still i can not get into the game client, I am able to log into the website but i just want to play the game

Make sure you are using the email associated with your game account to log in. Using your display name (s******bible.xxxx) will cause an error.

I’m posting on behalf of my friend who was banned for supposed “botting”. Both of us bought the game two weeks ago, and first time any of us even heard of the term “botting” was couple days ago when he was kicked out of the game with his account permanently banned. He has just collected enough gold to buy full berserker armor set buy selling raw materials he personally farmed for two days straight, when he was banned.
Please fix this issue.

Once again I’m writing on behalf of my friend (account name: Rakatosh.5439) regarding his banned account.
Today he received mail from GM Fluffy (Guild Wars 2 Support) in which he said that account was reinstated although it allegedly was involved in violation of some kind.
When he tried to log in, he got the instructions to verify his account and change password.
He didn’t immediately do that. Instead, he closed the window and went to the internet to verify how procedure works.
When he tried to log in for the second time, he was stopped by the same message he was getting before his account was reinstated.
He waited for three days and now, when problem was supposed to be resolved, he is back to square one.
Please fix this issue.
Also, both him and I would be grateful if you could give us the answer what was the exact thing, or at least the closest that you can freely say, that got him banned, because in last mail he also received a warning not to do, whatever he did that got him banned, again. Problem is that he just doesn’t know what “it” was. Please help him, send him mail with better explanation of violation or whatever else you can do.

Please could someone look into my ticket because I did reply to the email from GW2 to state my original ticket had not been read correctly.
I selected the correct reward skin (Greatsword) as per the description on the skin but the wrong one (normal sword) is on my account however it has been read as I selected the wrong one when I did not.
All I want is for the error / bug (which is not my fault) to be corrected please.

I received a response back stating that it was indeed hacked and they could revert my account back to before it was hacked but I’d lose everything after that date. I’m posting on behalf of a friend who can’t log into the game or the forums. His message:
Wednesday night, 10/23, my Internet went out. (I wasn’t playing GW2 at the time.) On Thursday, when I tried to log into the game, I received a notification to check my e-mail for an authentication link because I was logging in from a new IP. I found it in my Spam folder, followed it, and logged in fine, forgetting to check the option to remember my current IP.
A few hours later, I tried logging into the game again, and got the same notification. This time, however, there was no e-mail, not in my Inbox or Spam folder. I tried going to the Account Recovery page, but I only have the option of resetting my password, which I haven’t done; the button for “Disable Linked Authentication” is greyed out. If I try to log in via the web site, I get a similar message telling me to check my e-mail for an authentication link.
I submitted this ticket on Thursday and got a reply on Saturday, which told me to go through the same steps (check Spam, try logging into support) as I said I had already tried. I responded to that asking for more useful instructions and have yet to hear back, except for an immediate automated response that I found confusing and wasn’t sure if it indicated I should resubmit a ticket or wait for a further reply. I have since tried to log in several times with no success. Since it’s been three days since that response, I decided to take this route.

Hello!
I got falsely banned three days ago in cursed shore for ‘botting, macro’s etc’
I already made a ticket, and a follow up one it has been three days, and I read on the site, from older threads that after three days I should make a post if my issue has not been addressed. Now the tickets have been merged I’m just not sure which one is the number for the merged ticket, the two tickets are #13301 and #16958. I’d really like to get support on this because as you know the new events have just released and I’m missing out!
I have kept checking my emails every 30 minutes and this has been absolutely painful not being able to play.

Hello. I need ticket #11290 looked at. I sent an email reply authorizing the action but I don’t think it reached Guild Wars 2 support.
Because I didn’t think it went through, 4 days later I submitted ticket #24141 through the Guild Wars 2 support website to follow-up on the previous ticket. I got a response back from #24141 but it was not the resolution that I wanted for ticket #11290.
