121026-002578 This is CRAZY; of COURSE there were multiple charge backs, my account with my creditcard attached was hacked and you guys didnt do anything for three plus days, of course I contacted my bank and had them remove the over 300 dollars in fraudulent charges. I’m pretty sure my serial number is a fraud too as i have sent an email to the company i bought the key from and they explained that they’ve had some mix ups. I just need the reason to be stated rather than just having it as an account issue. Need it for a refund so i can purchase a real serial number.
This was out of my control as the company provided their ABN which made it seem safe to purchase from.

I still cant login my account since this error code 45:6:3:2114 (rules of conduct – user agreement, naming policy – conduct breaches and outcomes) happened a week ago. I already sent a ticket for this incident and GM Xionaque responded, He said that I didn’t do any violation and I can continue playing my character. Please help me to resolve this issue. Apparently the code that I bought at an online shop was refunded or fraud (I don’t know)
Obviously, I didn’t ask for a refund.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. Upon further investigation of your issue, we have found that your purchase of Guild Wars 2 has been chargedback. As a result of the chargeback, the game account associated with the purchase has been closed and the credit or debit card used in the transaction has been blocked and will not be available for use with NCsoft in the future.
Our decision to close an account in the event of a chargeback is the result of both regulations set forth by our credit transactions services provider as well as the fees involved with a chargeback that NCsoft incurs as a result of the chargeback.
The issuer of the card will only process a chargeback if the credit card owner has already attempted to resolve the billing dispute with the company making the transaction without success.
Please be aware that NCsoft support has no record of any requests for assistance regarding billing issues from either the owner of the credit card or the person who created this game account prior to the credit card dispute.

I submitted a ticket three days ago on Nov. 5th and it is now Nov. 8th (Three days).
I live in Taiwan, Republic of China. I admit to using multiple IP addresses to connect to Guild Wars 2, but they were in no way attacks on my own account. The internet and bandwidth where I live is pretty poor, and there are multiple public connections that are deemed free (Taipei, Taiwan has free public internet services in certain locations as of earlier this year) and have thus connected and authorized with various IP. I have used at least four or five different connections to play. I do also plan to upgrade my internet as soon as possible after talking with my landlord and other roommates.
In any case, I received the typical error most people here have seen. That I am accused of botting, circumventing idle-play time, using macros, etc. I have done no such thing. I have made only one friend since this ordeal, and have not yet joined a guild but I was seriously considering to do so after playing WvW? I do not waste time in long AFK sessions, but I do disconnect quite frequently as some connections I use seem to time out every 20 – 30 minutes. I have not cursed anyone out, nor have I manipulated any known exploit of any sort.
I did post duplicate tickets before reading the ticket rules, and I apologize for that. I posted multiple tickets because the original two contained no information (It must have been deleted while being sent over the internet? I’m not sure, there’s no information on those tickets.) Anyways, my duplicated tickets were in no way a means of being impatient or anger. They were merely re-posts of what had failed to be originally posted.

I received 1 answer from technical support, on the same day (10/25), stating it would be escalated.
There were no responses to the ticket, nor emails from technical support after that – zero communication.
As of today (11/7) my account is blocked/suspended. Nobody explained the blocking reasons – heck, they didn’t even notify me the account was being actioned!
The ticket is listed as ‘Closed’.

I was banned (date unknown, I only recently tried logging in again after my computer died) for “gold selling” and my account was terminated for (not) doing so. I never took part in any gold selling activities and have reported gold sellers every time I’ve seen them. In addition, I’ve received no emails notifying me that someone has been trying to access my account recently, though my account was suspended a while back for the same reason. If the ban is not lifted it would be incredibly unfair as it is absolutely not my fault. I would likely never attempt purchasing any NCSoft products if my case were to be mishandled.
I DO own a Guild Wars account, which was hacked in one point in time which actually ended up being beneficial for me. I do not know if someone else is currently using it and I have not used it since GW2 came out.
I’ve provided the serial key and everything in the optional fields for submitting a support ticket and yet it’s been 3 days.
