Why do I need to prove anything? I’m not the one taking jabs at casual guilds simply because they don’t GvG. Besides, there is no way I can beat a 20 player zerg alone so what’s your point?
lol, there is a meta called GvG’s, those consist of 2 guilds both equal numbers fighting each other with one winner. BT is more then welcome to challenge themselves to fight TW and prove my statement wrong. Until then BT will only ever be classified as a Full BL guild in my book.

Its kids like oxide that like to bring in statistics like 11-0 to support their argument. So far the GvG fights i’ve heard and seen are honorable and quite a sight to behold.
Was it 2-3 weeks back that some BG guild commander sent in a zerg to disrupt a GvG fight at south camp, then gloated about it over the forums? Can’t remember if it was BT.
I for one, am too casual a gamer to be getting too caught up with the gvg hype although its quite an awesome spectacle to behold. Dissing TW is like Dissing all the guilds they have mowed over in GvG. Even if anyone with no sportsmanship was to trash talk about TW, the members of RG would be more fitting, rather than the likes of you.

On a side note: I think saw a BT recruitment post on the forums a week or so back, it was pretty inspiring, if i was searching for a guild i might have even chosen BT. But reading about them disrupting friendly GvGs (think it was BT? unsure) would definitely bring a bad taste.

@ Kryyg – The community as a whole makes desicions. On reset night anyone who wants and has been verified as a SoR member can be present at the meeting and say what they want to say. Normally it is just the commanders from a bunch of guilds talking about strategy. There is no “organized” leadership or someone specific who runs stuff. Indo mostly starts it, but then it kinda goes around the table. If Indo isn’t around someone else will lead it. It is not all indo, the community as a whole, mostly led by members who want to take a leading role. Not necessarily just guild leaders.
And Ascii, no. Just no. That is quite a bit insulting to other guilds (like my own) who do lead quite a bit. And before you say “who the kitten are you”, I will point you to my co-guild leader, Nyx Syke. She does a crap ton for our server as do a number of other guilds, guild leaders and just regular members. I don’t even care if it was a joke. It’s not even close to funny, it is insulting.
And as for SoR taking KISS, even if we didn’t want them (not saying that we don’t) there is literally nothing to be done if this is where they want to go. It is done. It is over with. Get over it. Play on and eat some ice cream.

I don’t even agree with Choco Puddin going for KISS although I can’t blame him, just like I can’t BlAME SOR for doing it. Honestly I don’t think anyone blames SoR for further strengthening their strong time coverage. People just don’t understand why SoR came off like the savior of fairness for equal fights then did this.
Agreed. As long as we all agree that SoR no longer has the right to preach about balanced match ups and about not being scared of 2v1, we can all shake hands and fight peacefully on the battlefield.
KISS came from a T4 Euro server that fought German blobs for 3 months straight. I’m not speaking for the guild saying this, but I, personally, don’t think we are on par with some of the other guilds on SoR. We were are used to large numbers, but they were all bad players. The majority of those German servers were terrible in open 1v1 or 2v1 fights, and yes they did outnumber us 3v1 at points. Now we face large numbers of highly skilled T1 players, and we’ll figure out how to step it up.
As for the decision on SoR, it isn’t like we sat down and said, “okay, how can we kitten up the NA T1?” No, our fearless leakitten ops on and casually informs us “Hey, we’re moving servers.” If you want to know why we chose SoR, ask him, because none of us have any real idea :P

I think what a lot of people are missing in this thread is this. SOR did say they will ask guilds not to join in the NA time frame since we already have such a strong NA presence. That doesn’t mean we wont go out and recruit guilds to the time zones we feel could use more help such as EU, SEA, and Oceanic. I realize that adding another EU guild puts a bit of imbalance in the servers but since the other two servers have such a strong SEA and Oceanic presence it gave use that balance we needed to be more competitive. as a “Rallian” I do wish we could push more NA guilds JQ’s way and see some more big battles during my prime time which is NA. As for BG I think another EU guild would do you some good but really you got enough fight in you now to take first. would it really be all that fun if you just consistently won every week?

i think we’ve all learned today, hopefully, that everyone has their own opinion, to each their own, boat floating and ship sinking. it is rather difficult to convince people otherwise when they are set in their mind. even more difficult to try to truly imagine yourself in other’s shoes. especially if they are Letoll’s tapdancin’ kicks.
