Yeah I guess some BS folks are picking on you, tends to happen when you call folks free loot before you even met them on the field. Not telling all the facts wont get you any bonus points, annoying 35 v 10 you finally win, before you say Vs did not have 35. It was cosa and ice hitting us from behind that won the day, not anything you did.

BS has a pretty big weakness. If you guys don’t have anywhere to run away in the middle of a fight, you lose. We murdered you kids in that tower where you can’t run away until you have full hp. We kept you at your spawn for over 20 minutes while you all kept running back. Both of those times, the numbers were even. I’m telling you, until BS can learn to kill groups bigger than 10-15, you’ll still be dead weight for your server. You’d be better off starting an Spvp team.

The only time you win is with ‘pugs’ like cosa and ice backing you up….. perhaps they do more work then you give credit if everytime Vs meets us alone you get rolled even with a numbers edge.

Zerg guilds are so annoying 30 v 10 they finally win after getting carried by their servers other guilds and decide to brag about it.

Good fight cosa and ICE you saved Vs we know it even if they dont.

Xom come on man.. your better then that. Yes VS outnumbered you guys at spawn but COSA and ICE where not there at the start from what I saw. That whole thing was just Pancakez picking on you guys anyways. Frankly I’m suprised we lasted as long as we did.

As for 30v10.. we hardly had 13-15 on all night. This is actually an issue with our guild. I would like to see more VS online then what we currently run. That being said we do tend to attract people and that is unavoidable. ( I’m assuming you are talking about the tower when we held you guys out of the loards room and probably would have killed you all if our commander didnt interferer once again unavoidable we cant tell them what to do.)

Keep up the good strategy of breaking up and scattering to the wind when you fight us it works very well. the players with less dicipline will break off and you can single them out. Actually makes my job easier in seeing who i need to work with about teamwork and following directions so I appreciate our fights. Also i really dont care what builds you guys run or what gear you have equipped. Sometimes I run a zerker mesmer or ele in the middle of fights and hardly ever get hit or go down so I know it can be done. ( Some people forget with zerker type builds HP is lower so when you heal it looks like you healed for more then you did)

I dont have a problem with BS or any other guilds on ET or GoM for that matter. Just here to get me some kills and cap places for PPT. All the red names on the screen look the same to me.

Everyone is so worried about the numbers game… if you want even numbers play structured PvP because you will not find it in WvW. We are not gonna sit there count your guys then count ours and see if we match up. That is just foolish. See red names we gonna go kill them if they have 1 person or 100 doesnt matter to me. If they kill us instead then bravo to them im not gonna complain they have more then us im going to think about how i could have lived just a bit longer and got one more kill in.

I dont know anyone on any server who has givin an accurate count of a group of people at a glance yet…ive seen 15 people counted as high as 40 before..

I can tell you how many people we have online because i watch that closely because i liek to yell at guildies who are not showing up. We havent hit 20 members in WvW in a long time.. Heck we had to GvG with 17 members last week because we couldnt field the whole 20 asked for. ( We where scraping the bottom of the barrel for that number as well) Once more if we have some greens following us around that is their choice and this is WvW not TPvP.

My favorite part about BS is how you send all of your cheerleaders on the forums to try to talk smack, yet you all use the Basic insults every server uses like: “Oh man, our ego is so big, we just killed us some of dem there nubs 10v20” Simple equation for morons IE BS guild: Subtract numbers from your side, multiply enemies numbers by 2 or 3. Go on the forums, brag about how much better you are, and how much the enemies suck. Log off, go to sleep, rinse and repeat.

Stay classy, vaga sil. They might have it on sell just for you guys soon!

If there are any ZL people still reading this thread, one thing confuses me: Why JQ? You guys are a huge guild that could queue EB pretty much by itself IIRC, wouldn’t the chance of you guys getting to run a guild group in JQ be effectively zero?

It’s great being told karma trains were to get more people into WvW but then why leave as soon as they get enough karma to get legendaries? They want a challenge, We get a challenge this match up, but instead of the DH match up where they PvE’d all week they skip servers? It’s hard to believe what they say when actions do another. We have and have had alot of people who fight for the PPT, use of tactics and generally fight for the server to become better. RISE and RH are amazing, so is HH and a few others too for always saving the day and from what I can see fighting for our server and not to thier own beneficial gain.

As to the::: Why JQ? You guys are a huge guild that could queue EB pretty much by itself IIRC, wouldn’t the chance of you guys getting to run a guild group in JQ be effectively zero?

Yea lol, he’s in a guild called Basic on ET. I enjoyed reading his replies, seems his jimmies became a little rustled. They got so angry knowing that they can never do what we do, that last night they actually made a guild called Vaga sil [VS] and tried trolling us with it. Funny part is, when we saw it we all laughed and weren’t offended in the slightest. The only offensive part was to themselves how they only fight groups of 10-15 with their 10-15 players all running these 1v1 solo burst builds or bunker builds or w/e thinking they’re good when they win xD when they get outnumbered by 2 or 3, they run back to the spawn, and come here to cry about their seemingly low accomplishments.

I hope they read this and come back with some more silly things to say, I thoroughly enjoy it xD

Sorry that you guys lost a big WvW guild. I know I come on here and talk some smack sometimes, but it’s all for fun to see what others reply. Who wants to see a movie with no action of some sort in it, ya know?

But really, I know what it’s like losing big WvW guilds. The server VS was from lost A LOT of those back in Septembers, and some early in 2013 making our server on and off, up and down. Now we transferred to SF to work on our synergy, and one day will move up in another higher server, but I agree… why T1 lol. Ques, skill lag, just bleh. And I thought WvW was GoMs skill group? From what you’re saying they’re a huge guild moving to JQ? That’s worse lol, like you stated, good luck to them getting to run as a guild.

Lmao Lae, but yes, I can see w/o Zombieland that it’ll take a bit to reconstruct a lot of things that’s been going wrong or right especially on the EB side. As for the whole “Karma Train” thing, it’ll be a huge personal relief to hopefully see that over with and get us to use real strategy to take and hold and area as long as possible. I believe Lae can do it

As for me, my thief is finally 80 and geared so you’ll be seeing more of me in the GoM borderlands mainly (Solo roaming on other BLs if bored) Lookin forward to tangoing with you guys SF and ET

I’ll enjoy getting my 100+ a night actually doing something progressive on my server. Again, if killing a group of us all running the type of builds we have makes you feel good, then you’re a pretty bad player. Just out of interest, what are these ‘type of builds’ that you guys have? Seeing as we’ve been so forthcoming with our bunker, small man, healing builds… with our one guard that’s bunker… yeah…

You said you promote ‘team synergy’? Why in the picture you put up, where you’re in a large group on group fight, have you used literally one skill besides auto attack? One of your party members has 8 conditions on them, and you have 2 low cool down shouts on your skill bar that are off cool down? Or have you not heard of soldier runes and pure of voice trait? I guess removing four conditions every 24 secs isn’t enough ‘team synergy’ for you. Better take more signets, can’t get better than that 10% damage reduction just for your character. I mean 10% damage reduction?? On one person???! That thing is op!!!!1!!one!!!

Why move to JQ? It has a really solid foundation of guilds that run tagless and has a much smaller WvW population than SoR/BG. Right now JQ is in a Glicko sweetspot with RNG providing it some good matchup variety against top notch opponents. Getting to fight against different guilds and GvG vs. different opponents each week is a lot fun. The JQ community is also very solid. I love playing on JQ. Almost as much as ET.

My main account is on JQ, but it hasn’t seen any action in a few weeks as I have been leveling up my alt account commander One Angry Motha [RALY]. There are always great open field fights on JQ. A much higher level of coordination and preparedness is needed to be successful. I love me some lower tier action, but it is a much much much more forgiving place to command. There is no stress commanding here vs. up in higher tiers. I find all the T1 bashing for no skill, #1 mashing, etc always amuses me. The little open fielding we get here is childs play vs. higher tiers. I just love a lot of the people down here in the lower tiers and this makes the game more fun overall.

So here is what it comes down to, small tight knit community with fun = lower tiers. Fights = upper tiers. Its nice to have options for both.

I liked Zombieland. They did good work on the server. People who complained about the work they did to get people out of Queensdale and Lion’s Arch to karma trains while our matches were easy don’t get it and are the people who don’t go to meetings, don’t try to involve themselves, and apparently only sit on the sidelines to complain. We’ll be weaker without ’em but life goes on.

But leaving because the match ups are too easy? That’s ridiculous. Especially to join one that’s even more unbalanced. Any server has a chance to roll a match up against 2 lower ranked servers, especially Jade Quarry (ie. their match up right now). BS is a small man guild. I loved fighting them when I was on GoM. They have mad skill and would love the opportunity to be against them again.

But yea pancakes, you and your guild’s play style is a polar opposite from ours.
I can respect that because I know how difficult it is to try to manage a large group of players sometimes.

But let’s be real here…

Were all conditioned from small group play, a play style that puts heavy pressure on you, allowing you to master your class to its full potential/skill.
In zergs, individual skill is a lot less practiced compared to small groups…

That being said, that is why you see us wiping groups larger than us…
That is why you see us wiping you 8v15 causing someone to quit your guild afterwards.

Yea you have a lot of members that know how to stay in a ball and play follow the leader but when it comes down to a pure fight, your out of your league.

That’s why 80% of us are more damage than bunker because we know our classes well enouph to lay people out without stacking the toughness gear.

Were sacrificing some body armor, and instead bringing AK 47’s to the fight.

The server with 3x the WvW population bragging about more PPT. Some people play for PPT and others don’t. I like doing both depending on where the whims of the day take me.

I took your T3 Wildcreek and Klovan with a small ragtag force of awesome ET while the rest of SF diddled around in SM against GoM last night. We McHammered that kitten, you can’t touch this, ohhhh ohhhhhh ohhhhh. Maybe tonight I will hole up inside of one of our keeps with 74943987 arrow carts and loads of trebs and force SF to throw 15 Omega golems onto the field to take over everything again. Is that fun, hmmmmm not so much for me, maybe for you, gotta protect that PPT…

You are aware that ET spends a lot of time in matches like this fighting with the Outnumbered buff, which kicks in when a server is “greatly outnumbered” on a map in WvW, as a warning and some minor compensation to the server that gets it, right? Here is what it looks like, in case you’ve never seen it (though you might have seen it on opponents before ANet stopped letting opponents see it):

I’ve got a challenge for all you l33t skillz guys on SF and GoM who are disappointed with ET’s point showing to prove your prowess. Ask the people on your server to leave WvW until the Outnumbered buff appears on your screen on all of your maps and play that way for a few hours, and then see how we’ll your server does in points.

I had a large argument with PAXA a long time ago about this, but I do understand now why they do what they do and why every small man does what they do. After playing for PPT for so long and then transitioning to the small man roaming play style, I’ve come to enjoy WvW a lot more.

This is my biggest gripe with WvW. But first, let me be extremely clear on one point: I like WvW. It’s very fun for me in its current configuration. (That’s not to say that improvements couldn’t be made, however.)

With that being said, I will NEVER support guild groups that do nothing but fight other guild groups in the WvW setting. I get that they’re looking for something that Anet doesn’t currently provide in it’s current configuration, but I honestly believe they do not contribute anything to their server’s success from a WvW “working as intended” standpoint. I get why they do it, I just don’t support it.

Now if those groups, stop a cap, gank a gang of enemies that are on their way to defend one of their structures, or cap the occasional camp, on occasion, then I’m a little more on board with supporting their GvG craziness.

Sunday morning, US time, a small group of ET players who added a 4th golum to the 3 that had been sitting in the keep overnight and charged SM with them. They got both gates down and claim they got the castle lord down to 15% before enough GoM showed up to push them out. I made it to the lord’s room myself late when they said how far they got and defense was still sparse enough for me to get all the way in. Lets just say that if more of us had taken them seriously when they started (some of us thought they were nuts on a suicide run), we might have taken SM, though we wouldn’t have kept it for long. I’m pretty sure we were Outnumbered for that, too, and no commander tag on the map that I can remember.

No one rage quit our guild from you guys rofl, they left because they didn’t like the way I insulted them after being rally bait.

I’m sorry if all of my guardians running staff and hammer with no burst damage when there is 10-15 of us can’t beat your super elite squad of kids who theorycraft these roaming builds all day.

Lastly, you never wipe groups larger than you unless it’s by about 3-5. If you had 15-20 players and you went up against 40-60 enemies, you wouldn’t know what to do. That’s where we differ.

I don’t think we’re any better than you guys, and you aren’t any better than us. We practice fighting large groups that out number us 3, 4 or even 5:1 and you guys practice 10v10s and such. But, the difference is, I don’t have my guildies coming on here and calling out any guild when we wipe them. You guys follow us around like we’re a big pen—- and you’re a virgin school girl looking to get laid for the first time. Might want to put a control on your guildies. Not only do they fail at insulting these forums, but apparently every time they wipe us, their pampers need changing and since you’re being a naughty little mom, they sit there in their own shi- boasting about how they killed 3-5 more players than they had.

I don’t think you can use PAXA as a good example of….anything. They are verrryyyy spacial. The lil bus picks them up for GW2 training camp every morning. There are lots of guilds that just play for fights. The surest way to get fights is by attacking/taking an enemy structure. So pretty much all guilds playing for fights impact PPT. Whether or not they care about that resultant PPT is another story…. The guilds that don’t attack any structures are pretty much an abnormality in WvW.

Lol. I’m not saying I like PAXA. I find them to be extremely rude in most cases. Just saying that before my mentality was all PPT is everything, these guys are useless just roaming around looking for people to kill, but I see both sides of the coin now. And I agree with you, small mans do flip camps, take towers, and defend objectives when the opportunity presents itself. And to be clear I’m not talking about guild groups fighting other guild groups. Just small squads running around WvW having fun and doing whatever.

What? No.

I liked Zombieland. They did good work on the server. People who complained about the work they did to get people out of Queensdale and Lion’s Arch to karma trains while our matches were easy don’t get it and are the people who don’t go to meetings, don’t try to involve themselves, and apparently only sit on the sidelines to complain. We’ll be weaker without ’em but life goes on.

But leaving because the match ups are too easy? That’s ridiculous. Especially to join one that’s even more unbalanced. Any server has a chance to roll a match up against 2 lower ranked servers, especially Jade Quarry (ie. their match up right now). Gate of Madness has rolled more easy matches than anyone else and some how that made Zombieland lose their kitten enough that when Jade Quarry came calling with enough gold they thought to themselves “transferred once, why not do it again?”.

Boring is a better word than easy.

I didn’t make the decision and t1/t2 wouldn’t be my first choice, but I’ve got too much invested in this guild to leave. Its time to pick up my staff and get my zerg on.

Even after all the hate, I still wish you the best of luck GoM, but I won’t be back.
