just out of curiosity; what makes you think they don’t already have the waypoint and just ported there like anyone else might that already has the waypoint?

I made 2 gold selling small gift boxes in about 2 days worth of looting…. had a bunch and don’t care about the things you can get from them….

it’s worked for me all but once… pet may have died …

which newbie area are you talking about? I am on shiverpeaks and the human starting area (divinities reach) always has people in it all over the place. granted during the week I am only on during the prime playing times but on weekends it’s steady populated as well… even now that I have leveled my main toons out of that area I still farm mats for low level crafting in the area and always see people in the events and gathering for when boss mobs show up….

I am doing completion of Essex Hills right now, as well as the Sylvari lands. Barely anyone around. :x

I see, yeah i did notice a drop in people running around in Kessex hills… I still see people just not the numbers I saw in the newbie area….

I did however notice that the people i do see in the kessex area are all being level reduced so I am guessing they are farming for achievements and mats? and jumping in events for kicks?

either way though… come to shiverpeaks and I will group with you… sounds like we are in similar level range

I only started playing around 11/27 this year… and I must have really missed out on some fantastic drop rates… ‘cause I don’t see the issue. I only have a couple level 26s and so far I feel pretty good about the drops and coin return.

Maybe this will change for me down the leveling spiral… but honestly most of what I keep reading in these DR related posts are people that seem to think legendary effort equals about a week…. and like you; wealth should be applied by rights not by time and effort.

On my thief character, I deleted the starter Hood (head gear). I did this not thinking at all about the transmute ability and kind of assuming there would be other hoods like it I could get down the road…

is there anything I can do to get that item back? or maybe buy a skin that has the same appearance for a medium headgear item? is this something that a ticket could get restored to my character?

I didn’t want to waste supports time if it’s just a tough luck situation, which I would understand as well….

anyway thanks for any input you can offer.

I don’t think it is a problem, I learnt to work around it. Now When I know I’m just about to level up I just go in berserker style, not even bothering to dodge or care for my HP, massive burst oclock, as I know that in a second I will be feeling “SIX FEET TALL !!!!”.

It’s like a super heal that happens once every blue moon (or hour if you are lvl80 ). I know it can be annoying if it messes up your elite skill, but between choosing that…or a super heal, I’ll take the super heal anyday.

I am a noob… so… you still see the animation after 80?
