I don’t sPVP all that often, but I do run an MM build when I do. I go for the more tanky build, since I prefer being able to lock down / capture points in spvp than just run around killing things for no reason.

So much CC…. and it’s amusing watching people trying to target me and hit my minions instead.

Medium armors are terrible. :(

It seems to me that the designers spent a lot of time on making a wide variety of nice looking cloth/light armors, and then just stopped caring when they started working on the medium and heavy armors.

That’s not to say that all the medium armor looks terrible, but there are definitely a ton of very similar looking pieces and very few that make me say “Wow, I want that!”

I run with double spider (jungle and cave iirc) and they don’t die TOO often – but in CoE on Subject Alpha fights, it’s a joke. There’s no way to keep them alive.

Usually I don’t like suggesting things be done the way they’ve been done in other big MMOs, but I definitely agree with 90% reduced AoE damage and pets attacking behind the target. It’d be awesome to use the pet who’s F2 gives 5x Might (jungle stalker maybe?).

Otherwise, I’m enjoying the profession a lot more than I did Guardian, especially in dungeons.

Underwater needs boosting hard.

I ran HoTW exploration mode a few times last night and was actually pretty happy with my Trident during the underwater areas/bosses (i play as support dps / heals in dungeons generally). I also love the spear for underwater fighting when I’m on my own – I generally throw spirit weapons and/or speed boosting skills in my utilities when I’m underwater to help me get from mob to mob faster without switching to trident too often.
