Issue: Self-Style Hair Kit removed glow from character’s entire body and hair but the eyes.

I bought the Self-Style Hair Kit (by exchanging gold for gems) because I made a pretty bad decision with the color of the character’s hair when I first created her. I just wanted to change the Sylvari’s hair color, and I that’s the only change that I made, though I noticed that right after I did and saved the changes, the sea foamy glow was gone from the hair. It was still there in the eyes, so I thought that maybe that was the only issue, but when I toggled to town clothing, I realized that it was gone from the rest of the body, too. The glow is still the same in the eyes, but I want it to reappear to the tips of the hair and the markings on the body. I considered getting a Total Makeover Kit, but then I figured that the bug might not be fixed that way, either, and there was no point wasting more gold/gems on it.

It has been like this for a few days.

First two attachments taken in the Grove’s dark environment, and the last was taken in Caledon’s Forest daytime environment.

I used the hair kit and changed the color of my Sylvari character’s hair, but it also removed the glow entirely, and not only from my her hair, but also the rest of her body except for the face. I doubt I will ever get the glow back, but if anyone has any suggestions, I might find out some way to reverse those negative effects?

Also, for anyone who still wants to get the kit for their Sylvari, it allows you change the hair, hair color, and ears.

FALSE ALARM. But I thought I’d leave this here for anyone with a similar issue.

Story Quest: Beneath the Waves (14)
Issue: A bug will not allow me to finish the story quest.
Explanation (Includes spoilers): I fought off a wave of Krait, fought the Krait necessary to find the captives, found the captives, fought the Krait with the key, and unlocked the cage of one prisoner: Ehuatl. It gave me the option of unlocking his cage using the F key, so I did, though the option isn’t given for the other two prisoners: Larra and Tegwen. I can’t free them, so I can’t complete the story quest.

Also, the second time that I tried the story quest again right afterwards (still level 14), I had to do everything over again, but when I got to the point where I had to unlock their cages, Ehuatl’s was already unlocked, and the other two cages still couldn’t be unlocked.

The third time I attempted it the next day, I was able to free Ehuatl again, and by clicking on the other two cages and pressing F, I could free everyone else, too. It was misleading, though, being able to free one of them without clicking on the cage and not being able to free the others the same way.
