From my understanding, you will still keep your Glory points after the patch until they implement their new system. So I doubt it’s a silly move since there won’t be any new rewards to get from glory.

Ditto and hopefully it is so because I just did the same haha.

Not too sure, but with the removal of further glory rewards (glory pts and boosters) and vendors as of March 18th, it would be reasonable to :P Might as well just spend them all before they become useless.

Many games have their flaws and players forget to acknowledge and give credits to what games do right. Can’t wait for the final chapter to the living world!

I really really REALLY think you should look into this ANET. As am I, have also struggled when our main person decided to rage quit the party by going offline and we were so close to beating the new boss; we were basically sitting ducks. I’m very upset because we’ve come so far and only ended up having to leave since if we kicked the main person out, we’ll also be heading out. It’s a waste of time overall when we’re achieving nothing. If you can just fix that problem with the party system, then that’ll be great for everyone that doesn’t have to deal with the main “rager” or the “i gtg/went offline outta nowhere etc” people.. I’m trying my best to be positive about gw2 but so far it’s leaving me in a disappointed situation where I feel that I’m going to step down this game until you guys fix this. For example: You guys just released the new fotm & the story, yet the story mode itself has no wp.
Until you guys can fix the party system that applies to dungeons, I’m not gonna bother. It’s just not fair for the remaining party to get dragged out of the instance because of that one person. (that happens to be the one that started the dungeon).
It’s like “Oh, I’m dragging you guys down with me, toodles!” leaves party or goes offline . I find it rather selfish; it’s unfair for the people that needs to complete their dungeons achievements or w/e their reasons are.

By the way, the daily gardener achievement is glitching! Can’t complete it! Everyone in the map chat is letting me know about this problem too.

Well firstly, this video is 4 months old and it paints an unfair picture as to the effectiveness of this build.

Secondly, it’s not perma evasion. Even assuming disabling shot has no after cast which I doubt, it still has 1/4s activation time so at best that’s 75% evasion uptime.

3rdly, this build has no real damage at all if you want to maintain “perma” evasion. If you’re evading, you’re doing no damage. And if you’re using disabling shot you’re basically also doing no damage. If you’re using auto attack or cluster bomb then you’re no longer evading.

O.O Your seriousness is rather amusing. You are looking into this build a bit too deeply. In a basic sense, it does justify the “perma-evasion” aspect of this build.

1.) As I mentioned before in my earlier post, we tried it out a few days back, and still proves to be just as effective. No traits/skills were trifled with by ANET, but if so, it was pretty much virtually unnoticeable.

2.) As I mentioned, you are looking into this too much ._. You can clearly see the consistency of evasions in the video, the end. Y SO COMPLICATED?

3.) What does dmg have anything to do with evading…? It is a troll build. The build description itself states it is not meant for damage and only for evading. Pay attention lol! And you make it seem that just because it is a build based on evasions, it can’t have a hint of anything else added to it ._. Put damage aside, they were eliminated in the end if you are ultimately implying that perma evasion isn’t perma if you can’t kill, “3rdly, this build has no real damage at all if you want to maintain “perma” evasion.”

I recently trolled around with this build with Jayvux few days back, and it seemed untouched by Anet and still trolly as evaaa

To satisfy your curiosity, here is the answer,

So in a clearer perspective, if you were just playing with your skills without any enemies around, you would always be able to pull out countless times with close to virtually no delays. When you are on the battlefield and you couldn’t react fast enough to Knockdowns, etc, it may cost you an evasion or two.

Looking at the video, it does seem Jayvux was tempted to risk his evades to land some damage which seems to pay off in the end

And if anything, the company is to blame for putting those meta-achievements in WvW in the first place. Just like a poster above said, the problem is that you have to go in WvW first for these rewards.
