Agree, I see no harm in listing out the whole chain. Maybe an list of the whole quest chain and it highlights which step you are on.

You might have mistaken it for the scythe visual effect. All necromancers have a misty black scythe blade appear as an effect when they use their staff spells.

I am looking for a dungeon that doesn’t require a party to do. If I want a party I can get one. But just some instanced thing where I can go and work my way down to the end. I remember doing instance dungeons in DAOC and they would scale based on level and number of players. It would take me about 30-45 min to complete but it was still a challenge. I understand they want us to group up etc. But some nights I just don’t have the time

When I logged in under my necro today I did notice that two of the traits sent me to Arah. I hope that is not the case where they are in Arah. Kind of a let down if that is the case.

I know that I would have a problem with this. My server (Borlis Pass) would pretty much never be able to go into the dungeon. I agree we need more dungeons, but not ones that combine different game modes.

Yeah, the mechanics that cause you to gain access to the dungeon could of course be different. Perhaps it looks at not just WvWvW but other parts of the game, such as hearts completed or something.

I don’t know how many of you played Dark Age of Camelot (DAOC), but they had a dungeon called Darkness Falls. It was a PvP dungeon that was accessed from PvE. For the people who did not play DAOC. DOAC had 3 realms that fought each other in WvWvW (think of it as the 3 servers that battle each other each week in WvWvW). Whichever realm controlled the most castles, keeps, etc in WvWvW also controlled access to this dungeon called Darkness Falls. However, when control of the entrance to Darkness Falls flipped and changed to a different realm the current players that were playing in the dungeon were not removed. They were welcome to say and continue to quest, kill stuff, farm, etc. But the other realm (the ones that just took control of darkness falls) could come in and kill them. If you died in darkness falls and your realm (side/server) did not control WvWvW you were not allowed back in.

The key points

• Must fight to control WvWvW to gain access
• 3 separate entrances for each of the 3 servers.
• Can kill players from other server in dungeon, while also avoiding, killing NPC’s
• A good place to explore and farm crafting mats (something to drive people to the dungeon)
• Some big rewarding boss fights in the lower portions of the dungeon.
• Special merchants that have Darkness Falls only items.

This bug has just started happening to me in the past 3 days. What changed?

I was in LA overflow and talked to Tixx and no gift was put in my bag. I talk to him again and he says I have already gotten a gift. I check the chest next to him and I am unable to interact with the chest. I exited the game and logged back in and still have the same issue.
