Look, you spelled fireworks wrong, so it really isn’t convincing.
This is ridiculous. 40min of all our time wasted and not even a simple reply/update from the community service providers. What a disappointment and shame on them.

I have had the same issue since a month ago. I use a Razer Mamba mouse. This bug seems to be particularly bad near a high density of players.
