I noticed it today too. I’m on a 330 intel and the loading times are indeed generally slower on average for me.
I did notice though that sometimes; especially when using waypoints on the same map; the loading times are marginally better.
Dagger deals decent amounts of damage in reasonable amounts of time. It also generates life force well enough. What i do not like about it is how uninteresting it is. It’s autos need something more than just damage to make the playstyle a bit more engaging because as is your best bet is to fill your life force with autos then dump it on the enemy rinse-repeat. (for PvP i get the appeal of the immobilize but i don’t think dagger is a wise choice in it’s current incarnation.)
Necromancers do need work. My main gripe is minor traits (some of them just make me scratch my head – especially the current implementation of jagged horrors and the one that gives might when hit and <25% life).
But i also do believe that as is a necromancer is not useless as some make it out to be.
I too would like a red to chime in and share some info on where we currently stand on necro’s
