How to Contact Anrenanet Legal Team?

Hey again gw2 community!

Do any GM’s or persons out there know the answer to this? I’ve been trying to reach them for months and all I got was legal@arena.net which isn’t even a valid email for me to send to.

The contacts within the user agreement is for NCSoft and they told me they won’t be dealing with this dispute that I’d need to negotiate with Arenanet. It’s been a while and I am still waiting to hear with an update from the CS team or Ms. Gray.

Any e-mails, persons I should specifically try to reach? Preferabbly any phone numbers? I tried the one for Arenanet Inc but I was just given an automated system.

Thanks for any insight, especially from a GM/administrator!

Who Do I Speak To?

Hello everyone! I was told by NCSoft that I’ll need to get in touch with Arenanet’s legal team to further discuss my issue but I am having trouble finding who it is I need to contact. I PM-ed Ms. Grey about this and she provided me with the email legal@arena.net but it won’t allow me to send an email to this address.

Does anyone know who it is I need to get in touch with to reach Arenanet’s legal team? Or how it is I would get in touch with them?

P.s. I have already sent a support ticket asking and am waiting for an updated response from Ms. Grey but I am anxious and wondering if anyone here on the forums would know/point me in the right direction?

Hey everyone.

About two months ago I got the message while logging in saying that my account has been permanently terminated for usage of a third party program to manipulate the game.

The support team won’t tell me anything about it and I was told at one point that I was terminated for a reason that wasn’t hacking by one of the support members. The details elude me but apparently the evidence is extremely condemning.

Anyone can tell me what might have accidentally caused for me account to flag? I suspected one of my anti virus scans might have deleted a “suspicious” file but Arenanet has never answered my question on this. I also suspected my account was compromised but they never provided me an IP address that was in usage for the offense. They pretty much provide me nothing at all and just say the same thing over and over again and close my support tickets without answering my questions.

Thanks for any insight guys and I hope Chris Cleary comes on here and finally responds instead of ignoring my messages.
