fact is, they could have improved the event by making the ancient karka re-spawn. however you only get the chest once.

that would solve all the d/c, timezone, etc. issues.

When all is said and done, all the bugs and bots…all the complaining and the rage quitting…this game is fun, all around. Of course there can be improvements to it, a lot of improvements to be honest…but it was worth my 60 dorrars and the time that I’ve spent playing it, I am looking foward for the fixes and the smoothening out of the edges in the upcoming months, keep it up anet…and give those botters hell.

P.S: fix balthazar please? <3

I would be more than glad to work for anet and pinpoint the botters, or….give me rightd to kill players….I’ll camp em for as long as I can =D

Anet, you really need to answer the bot issue asap, they are literally taking over the game at this point, i just saw 4 trains of bots going around killing anything and everything, I keep reporting these bots every single time i see them, please…work on this before they completely ruin the game!!!

Acolytes-champ-priest, dodge…make sure to pop your cc breaking abilities when you need to, rez the dead asap…dps the boss down, hope you are not surrounded by newplayers that run INTO the circles and keep telling people to spread out as much as possible=win. anet, please do not, DO NOT water down this event for those that cannot adapt to the fight…this guy is a royal pain in the rear which makes this fight extremely rewarding when we finally kill the dang priest.

this event….we need to come together as a guild and do it, not zerg it to the top, every single zerg that ive been since i transfered to the isle of whatever jan thingie…has been a slaughterhouse, everyone runs in circles getting 1shotted.

gentlemen, they are trying to hold everything together, it’s not that they don’t care, they are just very busy, simple like that. Keep reporting them whenever you see them.

So far its only the assault on the altar that is bugged, easily fixed if you can drag a huge mob to them to kill them….if they decide to stop moving.

Nooooooooooooooooope, still needs alot of working to do, til then…it’s a good change from the typical MMO style of gameplay.

Join a guild, I always end up grouping with at least one member, she is always grouping with me…as a matter of fact, but indeed the game is a huge group event, everyone is doing the same stuff at the same time.

I’ve been trying to fraggin kill the risen priest of balthazar for about 3 days now so I constantly follow up the escort quests from both southern and northern invasions, every single time I finish such events, I always get the same amount of karma as prior to the DR fix, at best I believe whoever is having this “DR bug” are those who constantly do events after events in a very fast paced manner, a good example will be the massive zerg that took place in straits of devastation, that was just a zerg train going from event to event killing stuff, so maybe, those that are having issues with this need to play…less? or do chain events that take a while to complete.

Meta Event Name: Temple of Balthazar

Objective text for the stuck event: Reinforcements from the central and northern invasions have arrived at the Pact rally point. Pact forces are awaiting additional reinforcements from the southern invasion.

Date when you encountered the block: A couple of hours after the update went through.

Additional info: It looks as if the reinforcements do not arrive at all, everything else went smoothly, trying to kill mobs around the area to see if it would trigger it-nothing.

Server: Sorrow’s Furnace

On the server Sorrow’s Furnace, pretty much all of Orr is broken, many events are stuck and even Arah is unavailable because of it. The zone went downhill after the last update on the 18th, many people have reported the issues already which are the meta event on Straits of Devastation for the altar of Balthazar to as of yesterday, Gates of Arah.This blocks progress for those that wish to play on these zones.
