I’d like to ask about another error that has been reported frequently in this thread, one which I have posted about myself too. The 3032:1002:3:3939:101 network error that is not associated with being on 4 or more guilds (I’m only in two and this happens to me 90% of the time) & happens whenever I open my guild panel or contacts and the members don’t load (they all appear offline). I saw the guild update on the News & Announcements forum, but this error wasn’t acknowledged. Is it still going to be worked on?

I just want to say that the way you’re handling this thread, Cameron, is really amazing and is a great example of how support-development teams should work.

Note that this is different to the “network error” issue when you have too many guild memberships or invites – that will still occur (and is really just in need of a decent error message).

Does this mean that the network errors I’ve been getting 90% of the time I open the guild panel are still going to happen? :[

More info on my situation: I’m part of only two guilds (one with 498 members [Test Queue Please Ignore] and the other one with 2 [Clear]), I have 0 guild invites and am a level 60 asura elementalist from Isle of Janthir. When I open my guild panel, there’s a really big chance that online members for my guilds will not load (it’ll show as if everyone but me was online) and make me unable to chat for 10 seconds, then I’ll get kicked out and this network error code: 3032:1002:3:3939:101 will pop up.

Hopefully this sheds more light on this bug, since it’s pretty awful to accidentally press G sometimes and be booted out of the game.

Apparently, I have a bug that my friends don’t have, in which opening the guild panel puts me in a weird state of lag (can’t say anything, but I can see other people moving) and then disconnects me after a few seconds (this only happens if the online members list doesn’t load right away), and if I take too long to close the guild panel, I’ll be met with a disconnection when I log in again, since the panel will still be open. This applies to the friends list too.

I’m in the following guilds: Clear [CLR] (2 members) & Test Queue Please Ignore [QQ] (441 members).

This issue has been happening for about 1 week, and it’s pretty frustrating having to log in several times before I’m able to see who’s online.

PS: this is the code I get on disconnect: (Code=3032:1002:3:3939:101)
