Okay but what about the part with the pulsing stability instead of 10 stacks stability? I mean these instant 10 stacks loose their purpose quite easily with the current amount of corruption skills and boonremoval skills flying around…pulsing stability would make this skill at least worth it to take again and solve this problem.

I really would like to see a rework to this skill (for example like warrior’s “Balanced Stance” -> pulsing stability) or at least clear this missleading tooltipinfo (6 seconds duration) maybe some reduction to it’s cooldown as well.

This could be moved to grandmaster’s tier if you should decide to rework armor of earth as I mentioned (also like warrior’s “Last Stand” -> http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Last_Stand).

What do you guys think? And plz…just don’t write something like “nerf ele blablabla”…

Your top 5 priorities for WvW-Overhaul

1. Split skills between gamemodes and balance around them.

for example: (just an idea maybe someone comes up with better ones) cc-skills which got no limit in all gamemodes at the moment could have some target-limit (10?) in WvW.

2. Borderlands:

Alpine borderland need a comeback -> imo most ppl thought we would get some rotation pretty early like 2 months at least after HoT release but we are still waiting.

Desert borderland need some rework in terms of nerfing some shrine mechanics (burn immunity, less rockwalls…), more transparency for navigating and hopefully that pve-event aka oasis event will never return (it caused massive mapwide lagg).

EotM needs to be removed in order to revive borderlands (just my opinion you don’t need to discuss this with me).

Eternal Battlegrounds…remove afk players more frequently to make room for active players.

3. Matchmaking seems kind of dull, frozen…call it whatever you like (my server kinda had the same server as opponent for like over 10 weeks with just 1 week break inbetween) → needs improvement…maybe some matchmaking-rating-reset from time to time?

4. Rewards…dunno maybe like these PvP-reward tracks.

5. “Fixing server population”: This imo will be hardest to achieve and may be a longtime project since WvW community on each server seems quite unstable unless the server is overpopulated in terms of WvW-players.

how about changing that trait to give 2 sec resistance when you switch to earth (less passive play)

I agree that’s quite too much, even Connoiseur of Confection requires “only” to eat 2.500 candy canes.

Well as for example:

Nowadays you need to do herochallenges on every character to gain heropoints in order to train your elite-specialisation, but there are also people who got like 2 or 3 characters (alt-characters) of the same class and wanna play them like the one with the unlocked elite-specialisation but don’t really like to run every heropoint over and over.

so my suggestion would be:

If you train a specific class now those trainings could be unlocked accoundwide so you can also use them on another character with the same profession and if that character is below a certain level some traits could be locked until he reaches a specific level. Herochallenges done on this specific class may give some small reward when you help other players doing it (but ofc only daily or it would end up like Silverwastes)

my suggestions:

- merge speedy conduit with hardy conduit into one minor trait
- move harmonious conduit into grandmaster minor trait and extent the dmg buff duration to 10 secs
- move imbued melodies as an replacement for harmonious conduit
- reduce the cooldown for attunement recharge after overload to 14 secs imo, it kinda felt punishing and not like rewarding at all if you can`t swap to that attunement for more than 14 secs just for that skill (this last BWE was like 17 secs…kind of ridiculous and before we had a trait which reduced this time but it was changed)
- give us some kind of shout trait (maybe similiar like warriors?)
- unstable conduit should give auras on starting overload
- heat sync should at least copy boons elementalists can generate themselves -> might, regeneration, swiftness, protection, fury but not stability + other boons you only get from allies like quickness/resistance
