I had been waiting on this item for months, and while checking the website during my lunch break at work today (as I do nearly every day) I was very happy to see it would be on sale again.
However by the time I got home from work the sale was already over.
Brilliant marketing strategy this -_-
If we only get the honor of giving you money for this item for 24 hours, could you at least let us know in time?
Sincerely,
A very disappointed player
That does explain better than the blog post.
Thank you
Sorry if this has been answered already, but I can’t seem to find any info on this matter.
I have a lot of unused skins.
In the current system I can apply these skins for free on any item I want.
If the skin will simply unlock this skin for my account and destroy the skin item, will I have to pay transmutation charged to use my skin afterward?
So my question basically is:
a) are the skin items destroyed when the patch hits? (after unlocking the appearance in the wardrobe)
b) if so, do we get an extra transmutation charge per skin item to make up for the fact that we lost our free first use of the skin?
Are you talking about the playhouse?
There are 3 fights against Scarlet, you only beat her after the third one.
If you’re talking about an invasion, you need to complete a twisted clockwork event.
The molten alliance and aetherblade don’t count for invasion credit.
So they have to anticipate on every human error now?
Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.

Right now it’s like:
PvE: 95%
s/tPvP: 4.8%
WvW: 0.2%In terms of where the achievement points come from. A balanced aspect should look something like:
PvE: 70%
s/tPvP: 16%
WvW: 14%
Why do your percentages add up to 100?
It’s impossible because of the overlap of several achievements.
Whenever you capture something in WvW, you gain a point in that WvW capture track.
However, it is also an event, so your event completion track goes up a point, which most people count as only a PvE achievement track.
The same as the combat healer track. Whether you revive someone in WvW or PvE it doesn’t matter, this track counts for both.
It’s a lot more complicated than most people make it out to be because of this kind of overlap.
The total can never be just 100%.
That they release every 2 weeks does not means that they will be working on the content only two weeks.
They have 4 separate teams, each 2 weeks one of the team will release but the other 3 will continue their work. So it is possible for all the teams to be working on content for a month or more, but their work is syncronized so there is release every two weeks.
We do exactly that where I work (no, sadly I don’t work for A-Net)
Actually, if I remember correctly from the video, Colin said each team got a month, so each team will do 2 consecutive updates.
So events will probably be a month each, with additional content being added halfway through.
