Have you got 2 step verification ?
I got it as soon as I saw the error message saying someone is trying to log into my account. I’ve also changed passwords and still this guy/hacker is on my back…
I got disconnect AGAIN and Im still getting the message someone is logging into my account… Im really dont know what else to do… my first time experiencing this and I just want to cry and beg for mercy or something…
Well you should be able to log in fine now. If anything is missing support can roll back you account.
How can support do that for me? Or how can I ask about it and whatnot? Im still paranoid about this and want all the help I can get…

Logins from your IP – as long as it’s from the same location/ISP – should be the same entirely, if not the first 1 or 2 sets of numbers will be (bad example > 123.123.456.789 or 123.456.789.876). IPs that are entirely different are from different locations.
All my current log in attempts are from my own IP at least… but I still dont think that helps me. Im still lagging in the game and getting disconnected in a similar fashion when this all started. I also see a authorized network next to the log in IPs but I panicked and and remove it… but the IP seemed kinda different.
Does it say your location next to the IP address ?
Is there anything that look strange there ?
In Current Log in it says the same thing twice. My city and state and a bunch of numbers that are all the same. Im sorry… Im really not good with this stuff.

Change password if can. Also contact support to tell what happen. Support link top of page.
I changed my password and even got /did that 2-step thing that gives you a mini-dragon but Im not getting a prompt to enter a different password or anything.

If you purchased the expansion in game via the gem store your account is automatically upgraded but you should have still received an email with the serial code for your records. If you bought the expansion through the website store you should have received an email with the serial code and instructions for registering the expansion.
I did buy the game through the gem-store but it brought me to the GW2 website for that. It doesn’t seem like it upgraded my game though because I still cant see my beta-slot.
Either way I was able to find the code on my phone… I forgot I took a photo of it and I’ve upgraded (hopefully) my account now.

I really cant say I remember a serial Key with my purchase. Like I said I pre-purchase the game like a week before the beta-event so I cant remember if I even got said key. Is there any way to see it again?
I’ve Pre-purchased/pre-ordered Heart of Thorns (49.99$ version) a few weeks before the beta-weekend and I never saw a beta-character slot, option to create one or anything of the sort. I’ve even DELETED a character I had as a name-holder for my Revenant to try and create a Revenant but I still cant.
What am I doing wrong?
This “bug” has been present for over 5-7 months now and Im guessing it wont get fixed until ArenaNet decides is time to do so or until they aren’t backed up a wall with bug-reports. (which might never happen)
My female Charrs used have this problem. I actually kinda liked it but it seems it got fixed some time ago.
Double bump. I have this problem as well and it seems to have actually gotten worse in the last patch.
I have a Razor Naga. I will right click and swipe the mouse to the right or left to move the camera and frequently the mouse cursor will move but the camera will not.
I had started thinking this may be a hardware problem, aka broken mouse, so I went to various other programs that would allow a right click/drag and I never once got it to mis-fire so I’m fairly certain this is a GW2 bug.
It would be super cool if someone could look into this.

This sounds like the problem Im having. Except I get it from LEFT-clicking to turn the camera. I only right-click to turn/move the camera about 50% of the time but Im sure I’d get the same problem either way if this is a GW2 thing and not my mouse’s old age.
When you right-click an object/enemy, it targets them. So, whenever you pivot the camera with right click to aim your character, it targets whatever random trash is in front of your cursor. The big complaint is that this doesn’t really make any sense, because left-clicking is the standard for targeting something.
I still dont really get what the issue is. I right-click targets so I can auto-attack them when Im in range (is using a range attack) and I use my left-mouse button to turn the camera. I use right-clicking aiming/moving about 50% of the time but the issue I seem to experience is that left-clicking to turn the camera sometimes doesn’t happen. Im unable to determine if its my mouse-old age or the game.
I keep hearing about this issue but Im still not 100% sure what the problem is. I mean I have experienced some camera issue lately but Im not sure is related to THIS.
Can anyone dumb it down for me?
While doing Ascalon Catacombs on my warrior me and another guild-mate noticed that our hammer skills were either “missing” or being “evaded” my monsters/ghosts in the dungeon. I know that some of the Gravelings/skelks go underground and that makes them evade attacks but this happened with ghosts, oozes, pretty much everything that just stood still.
This seemed relevant as when I used my mace/shield none of my attacks were missing or being evaded. I can only hope that the mesmer spear bug (attacks missing 100% of the time) I read has not “spread” to other weapons or classes.
Your wallpaper might be too awesome and the game cant cope with it.
My “Charrgineer” is getting the buffed properly for the flamethrower. As I suspect, this must just be either a case of “bad luck” that for some people it doesn’t work or just a “server ONLY bug”, which seems to be the source of the problem most of the time. (to my understanding at least)
This has been said already in a few posts regarding this achievement. People just dont seem to read descriptions for achievements.
You need to craft Masterwork items. (GREEN quality or better)
I’ve noticed this happens to my Charr Elementalist whenever he goes underwater or comes out. His eyes change from yellow (color I picked) to red and it lasts a few seconds.
Im not sure this happens to any of my other Charrs.
I believe that even food with condition duration is not working also. I noticed that I used a “Rare Veggie Pizza” and my conditions duration stayed the same. At least in the tooltip that is. I know it updated perfectly when I used said item before this patch.
I expect many players will make this mistake thinking this is gonna be like the Daily Achievement were just crafting 10 ingots, bolts, etc was enough for achievement.
