- Influence that members earn from events not updating correctly.
- Not able to add new research or activate any banner that is in stock from previous.
- Donation of influence has no increase no matter the amount of drinks purchased.

We’re a small group that just branched off and started in this game who belonged to a core group for multiple games previously.
Matured, competent in both PvE/PvP aspects and always seeking improvements.
Always enthusiastic on development and info sharing amongst members.
Different walks of life from students to walking adults are where we come from.
Our last game banded together (Dragon Nest – Springwood) had considerable success.

Are there remedies for:
-Card Approval Fail
-Paypal Error

Been having the above issues for past 2 weeks and not able to charge any gems.
New Incident: 120912-001237

Have been trying to purchase gems for the past few days with no luck.
Rotated between my mastercard and visa doesn’t work.
Tried using my paypal account to purchase, order created, but got an error in the end as well.
Sent in a ticket before but no response.
Please help.
