Yea its lacking a bit in PvP, the cost of all non-elite utility needs to be reduce by 5 energie or remove the cooldown and the tablet should be out, on revenant location on Vatari stance swap other wise its too slow.
I agree, the value of the cc vs breakbars should double while they are casting or charging there attack (not auto attacks) and it should help with some balance and skill play.
I agree with the ritualist style but with a requirement to proc.
Bow of truth- every 4th attack remove a condition- for 20sec
Hammer of Wisdom every 6th attack knock down-for 20sec
Shield of the Avenger destroy every 4- 5th incoming projectile attack-for 20sec
Sword of Justice every 7th attack proct Light aura for 20sec
active remain the same
recharge,duration and cast can be increase or decrease
would it make it usable? It is more selfish passive, the active could destroy the passive part for balance.
Do all you guys want jagged horror from this new shout or a new type of minion like Vampiric Horror or Shambling Horror from Gw1. what are your thoughts?
I like were all you guys are going with this! I too miss GW1 spirits there were nice at controlling the battle field at certain range. Merging your ideas would be like:
-spirits cannot be kill
-spirit range is 1,000
-spirits 35% chance to give 1 charge of proc (number of allies 3-5)(10 sec)/ 10 sec CD
-spirit active will give 3 charge of proc (10 sec)/30 sec CD
spirits:
-Stone remove boon added cripple(immobilize or bleed?)
-Frost stay the same added next attack cannot be block
-Sun stay the same
-Storm remove boon added vulnerability(or Weakness?)
Grand master traits will give 1 boon on active (on proc could be way too strong)
-Stone gives protection
-Frost gives aegis (or Frost Aura?)
-Sun gives might (or just Fire Aura?)
-Storm gives swiftness
Basically there like beacon of boon wen in range like a hybrid of banner and venom while keeping some Gw1 feel to them, having spirits follow you should almost be remove in this case since it would be OP.

MoC works with pigs (Forage) —-Bone Crack,Throw Rock,Skull Fear. Also with some runes —Superior Rune of the Nightmare, Superior Rune of the Sunless (1 sec fear to a 2 sec)
I have never tried the trait myself as Virtues have pretty good utility traits already. Therefore, I have some questions about it:
Does the endurance regen stack with Vigor?——-Yes
I know that even though VoR is on cooldown, with Battle Presence it continues to heal allies. Does the trait’s effect remain as well?——-Yes(for allies ONLY)
Does the effect stack with other endurance regen effects and among other Guardians who use Battle Presence with this trait (e.g with 2 Guards do we get %30 regen?) .
*NO to your last one. But using Food like Bowls of Orrian truffle and meat Stew (+40% End Regen) with a total of 55% With vigor to a maximum of 105% endurance regen with is probaly cap at 100%
So No this should not be buff if you run the right food
…..but what about pvp cought nobody runs it in pvp because other meta build are still too good ATM still plausible in pvp.

why do you bringup all other skills from warr sword? because ranger sword also have allot of evades you know? so in total i think they both have good skills…
And btw they are both the same range also.. so its not something i even complain about…still not a good argument, all you do is turning my post into a QQ nerf this buff that post.
All i say is why there are different weapon ranges on same weapons, because besides there skills (wich are often kinda balanced between classes.. some more defensive-evade-blind or whatever… others more damage) i can hardly see any reason why some have more range compared to others.

Mine was basically saying that:
More range=less damage
Less range= more damage
Less range + Lack of damage= more utility
For roaming it depends how good you are with the 1h sword leap to disengage from a fight if yes the Sword would be the best because its a sticky weapon wen engage + the pull on the axe and to disengage the leap wen out numbered.
If the answer is no the Great sword would be the better choice for you but practice with both.
they both have leaps and cripple but its hard to stick to someone with the great Sword.
Roaming is like playing cat and mouse sometimes wen 1v1 and you know your mouse you have to run away good heal up then pounce back.
I would happily trade my ranger GS range and evasion for the warrior’s GW damage and mobility.

Lol sorry but if you say GS on ranger have more range is because of the damage is just weird.
Sorry but ranger GS maby does less damage, but they also have a EVADE on there chain and there last hit also does more damage just like the last on warr / guard.. so still weird to give them also more range…
And your argument about guard sword and warr sword is also weird.
They have bigger range because they dont have extra bleeding like warr does?? uhm have you seen there damage and damage multiplier?? its like 0.7 on that and i think 0.5 for warr.. so again kinda weird why they need a bigger range. not only compared to warr, but also with there own GS range..
My apology i didn’t know that bleeding did 0 dam a second i guess i see your point on why war lack off damage on sword. Immobilize and cripple also do nothing right? yea war need a range increase too.
maybe the other class could use immobilize on there sword and have a range decrease any thieves out there would agree on this change.

We ranger do have a big weakness wen both our pets are dead, a -25% dps lost is too big of a weakness compared to other profession F1-F4. (before you flame i know how to macro my pet out of AoE properly, but some ranger cant, and doing it is also is a dps drop)
Heal as One i am surprise they did not keep this type of mechanic in Gw2 http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Heal_as_One
This could serve a a great strength and weakness to the ranger IF Heal as One would rez our pet for 5k Hp so that we don’t lose out on the skill, wen using on a dead pets or a fresh swap one.
Strength
-Wen pet is down he cant attack.Lets say he keeps his boon/buff (like Masters Bond Maybe?..) in down sate remember swapping pets you lose your pet stack/boon. You can Heal as One to pop him back up with 5k to try and finish off the opponent with whats left of his might/fury and swiftness.
Weakness
Doing so the Ranger heal is on cool down witch mean he would be easier to burst/focus no heal for him for 20 sec.
This would not solve all of our problems but its a start and would create more build option, instead of seeing the same 2-3 builds in Spvp.
Since i guess Anet want classes to have strength and weaknesses, like Warrior’s weakness is not having enough mobility and ranger strength is having more dodging spam than S/D thieves (Trololol….)
Nerf on crit damage a while ago ’’Ferocity’’ you should have posted gear or something like pictures to show or read some of the patch notes, Gw2 don’t have them that often… like once every 3rd month (excluding bug fix-living events).
yes because you get 35 sec 3 stack of might on weapon swap because of the rune (so you can swap allot to have more stack) and a 7% damage increase with the rune.
But to be honest the build is good in 1v1 in spvp other than that you will die allot from condition bunker.
Skill rotation should be Great Sword burts sweep-maul…ect, get him near 50%-60%-ish any lower would be nice then swap. Sword skill #3 evade -auto -#4 dagger evade- auto- #2 Hornet sting (dont leap back in because your about to die probably) Dagger #6 for cripple- swap Great Sword for range block and let pet dps with probably near to 20 stack of might. Heal up go back in never use your healing with Zephyr they need to be rotated properly.
Snow leopard would be better in Spvp to chill to reduce there mobility.
Agility training and signet of the hunt don’t stack replace it with trait V-Companion might, try Rune of Strength its Op atm for power build, just put Sigil of Battle in both weapon rotation. Your pet will get allot of might (3 on weapon swap 1 on every crit you do and 1 more every 5 sec with the rune) + Rampage as One and he will hit like a truck with you.

I agree with the Agility Training pet should be a in the pet design. Having 130% movement speed instead of 100% build in. Try using signet of the Hunt that give +25% on pet and the pet do get a couple more hits on in Spvp try it out and see for your self.
If pet hits stealth targets or follow them i would be happy.
I don’t think the dev will ever rework the whole mechanic of the pet, modifying it maybe . But we do need F1-F4 i was thinking of something more simple.
F1- Attack my target and lock on (the way its is)
F2 – Pets ability (the way it is)
F3 – Guard (using the shout Mechanic that is already in the game, the shout is useless 1 sec cast and use in one regen build) casting guard on self would make pet passive mode and attack wen enemy are in your bubble range 360. Also could make this unique and cast on allies Range 1,000.
F4- Pet swap (the way it is)
The pet Nerf over 8 months ago really hurt us, and pets mobility should be 125% movement speed instead of 100% would solve some pet Dps in Spvp.
