Which server are you on it seems to be bugged on HoD.

Hey guys, I wanted to doing a quick post in challenging how much can be made within an 8 hour time frame of CoF farming. Mind you I am pulling this from a quote on quote guild mates words. We were discussing farming and he had mentioned that he had made 121 gold within a 3 day time-frame.

Now I am looking to challenge this “speculation” of farming if you will. Given the proper grounds I see how it may be accomplished by switching off characters. But would really love some feed on this topic, I would really like to dove into “how much an be made in CoF within a day’s time”

But a… Yeah just give me some feed, would really love to hear back from the community on this subject. Thanks!

That was truly epic (applause’s) you make your fellow thieves very proud. I am curious of the type gear/sigils/runes/weapons you were using. If you would reveal your op condition build the rest of us.

Honestly, I have been playing since the betas on my thief, and I run divinity runes everywhere (bought them when they were 4 Silver). As far as my build goes I and bump out 11K burst on almost anything using D/D. Although I am not a fan of D/D I do love S/P though (pistol whip).

This match up has truly been a good one, DH fighting with HoD last night over Wildcreek in EB was a long one. And GoM fighting over Durios trying to treb SM can’t wait to do some more tonight guys, keep up the hard work everyone, this has been a fun battle.

Hi Everyone, my name is Aryanas from the guild EasyCompany.

Time of group formation: 6 P.M. PST (Pacific Time – USA & Canada) Please figure out your timezones.

The title may say it all, today I wish to form a group of our fellow HoD players and assault the Temple of Balthazar to unlock it. The group will form up in the center of Lions Arch, we will need a strong group of 15-20 players. We will have to do three (meta) events at the same time. Most of this information will be pull from Slender Man’s guide, but would like to bring it to you on the forum.

Northern Reinforcements:
The very first part of the meta chain starts with retaking Signal Peak from the Risen, building up the base, and then the assault on the Orrian sea begins.

The 3rd event is the beginning of this assault. Your job is to take out an Orrian Warship, and 5 Orrian troopships. At the same time, you must protect the Pact Submarines from sinking.

Once you’ve finished this; you move to the Royal Forum, where there are more ships you need to sink; but this time there are Orrian Mines in the way! Be careful and maintain distance from these as they can often instantly down an under-geared player.
Finally you will battle to regain control of the Brass Claw outpost, and from there, the forces will wait until you’ve progressed the overall chain further.
(5 Players) Starting way-point (Signal Peak)

Central Group:
Pact forces have begun preparing for the assault on the Temple of Balthazar Reinforcements from the central invasion have arrived at the Pact rally point. Pact forces are awaiting additional reinforcements from the northern invasion. (5 Players) Waypoint (believed to be: Fort Trinity)

Southern Reinforcements and opening up the event:
From Fort Trinity, there will be a meta event that will span the southern part of the land mass before Orr. You’ll have to basically escort a group of NPC’s over several events all the way to the Lone Post and open it up. From there you’ll move to escort the southern reinforcements to Rally, which will be the staging grounds for the Temple of Balthazar. (5 Players) Possible Waypoints (Fort Trinity – Thorn Pass – Thunderhead)

NOTE: These areas must be protected otherwise the event will get pushed back to the previous stage, or might reset entirely.

Temple of Balthazar is a meta event that takes place in Straits of Devastation.

Dynamic events

[Group Event] Escort the northern invasion Pact squad to the Pact rally point at Triumph Plaza (75) (5 Players)

[Group Event] Escort the central invasion Pact squad to the Pact rally point at Triumph Plaza (75) (5 Players)

[Group Event] Escort the southern invasion Pact squad to the Pact rally point at Triumph Plaza (75) (5 Players)

Part #3 Let’s go! We’re taking the fight to you Orr!

Here begins the Balthazar Chain, Be prepared for a lot of failures and disappointment, but don’t give up. It’s definitely possible. I highly suggest you get a bunch of ele’s for this event, because you need as many healing abilities as you can. As you lead your Pact group, you’ll notice a Morale Bar. This is going to the existance of your bane. Every time any of the NPC’s goes down, you lose a bit of morale. Lose the commander and you lose a chunk of morale. No more morale? You fail the event. I’ve been at literally steps away from the Risen Priest of Balthazar and failed this event. There’s no real strategy here other then to watch your NPC’s closely, keep them healed and clear fast.

THE RISEN PRIEST OF BALTHAZAR
You made it. Welcome to HELL. Just because this entire Meta-chain was hard, doesn’t mean you’re going to get a break at this bad apple. The Risen Priest of Balthazar will plant Banners in the Red-Circles he pops, and anyone caught near them will eat the fear of their life. This can quickly lead to wipes if you guy’s aren’t careful. Next up are the Risen Acolytes of Balthazar. You have to kill these ASAP while managing the Priest. If you don’t? He EATS them for health.

Please pm me in-game if you have any questions of where we are if you are running late, as well “PLEASE” inform you guilds for additional assistance. Also added a image of the North, Central, and Southern teams/events in the attached below, please note I have not ran the Central path but from information gathered it should be some-what correct. As well I believe I missed the temple of betrayal which will come after all the N, C, S groups have advanced.
