Can’t log in and not one response email from support. Is that crash report email with the details just something you placed to make people think you are trying to help out? If you don’t reply in support emails what’s to make anyone believe you are reading or will respond in the forums?
Been happening to me, I have sent in at least 100 support tickets in the last three months. I can’t even get a response or reply from them… I even used the instructions to run the repair. Still crashes at log in. What’s sad is I have spent lots of money on this product and support won’t even contact me.
