Serious? This game has more rewards for doing nothing than anything I have experienced, it’s literally inventory filling with loot every 20 mins.
And items do not inflate currency, only coin rewards do that.
I think you just need to look into how you can take better advantage of the loot you are getting.

Do you want a precursor every kill? What do you actually expect?
If I’m in a level 80 zone I shouldn’t be getting a bunch of useless greens and blues, especially underleveled gear. Just give me silver and copper at that point. And the stupid chests around maps should actually have a chance for good drops, not a blue pair of gloves and 3 empyreal fragments.
Those drops are worth silver and copper at that point, sell them on the TP or salvage them and sell the mats. They can’t just keep adding gold to the game.
Last time I checked precursors aren’t the only exotic gear. Rather than over exaggerate I think we can come up with a middle ground. How about straight copper/silver, soulbound exotic gear that drops more often, crafting mats. If I spend an hour or more doing a meta and get rewarded with xp, and vendor trash IMO that’s hardly a reward considering the time and effort that went into it.

I absolutely agree. The rewards are absolutely garbage and borderline worthless.
Be able to switch gear and specs on the fly via saved load outs. For example, I’m a dps dh, now if I want to play a heal/support guardian having a button that switches my gear and specs to a saved load out would be amazing. Rahter than taking 5to10 mins switching all my gear and specs one at a time.

With the new patch today and the new fotm, nightmare fractal is moving to the 24, 49, 74, 99 spot. So is the new fractal taking place of the 25, 50, ect. Spot? Also if we r adding a new fotm is one of them coming out of rotation?

Yea that would be great to hear some official info on this. crosses fingers that we will see this soon. Maybe new xpac will bring this?
Hopefully the xpack will bring a healer spec to guards. Maybe a rebuild of the mace or staff. But I agree guard support and heals in non existent. The other professions out there just do it better.
Would like to be able to change the color of text in the chat box. Make different chat channels different colors, for example i would want to change guild chat to green and map chat to blue.
I was using force and acc. But switched to force and strength. My precision is high anyways so I feel i wasn’t getting a whole lot out of that sigil. Im liking it so far. I can get 15 to 16 stacks of might without much issue
What better for a greatsword build? Sigil of strength or air? Both have merits but I’m leaning towards strength, is that the better one to use. As a side note I’m also using sigil of force
With the new xpack on the horizon does anyone know if we will be receiving another of 80 boost with the purchase. Also does anyone know about when we will be seeing official details on the xpack?

Yea for real. Exotic bags should yield exotic loot.
I agree to a point. At any given time I have more crap/trash/junk loot and items in my inventory than anything else.

I totally agree with Takashiro.8701. Those it would be nice for something new in maybe 1 or 2 expansions (not counting the upcoming one) down the road.

So i did a raid for the first time and found out (through someone with a dps meter) that my dps was very low. currently i have all ascended gear with zerker, and maurder. does any dh out there have a good build on what i should be using in terms of specializations (honor, zeal, ect?) 1 stipulation is that i enjoy using bows only.
So once I reach level 80, got all ascended gear what should I be doing with my timem
Dragonhunters should be able to use harpoon guns. We get to use a longbow and thus level up huntsman to make grandmaster marks that we turn in for ascended longbow. But we should be able to then take those same grandmaster marks to buy and use ascended harpoon guns.
My question is do i benefit from the aquatic gear stats if i am not in an aquatic area? Or does that gear stats only take effect if i am underwater.

So I just boosted to 80 and started playing the hot expansion. I’m working on getting my masteries but what I’ve noticed as I don’t have any hero points to spend on my Elite specialization. From what I understand you earn these points as you level to 80. But as I didn’t level and boosted how do I earn hero points to unlock my Elite specialization
Fractals provide better gear than dungeons (You can get ascended gear from them), but I think the real great places to get better gear is generally considered the temples in Orr, which sell them for Karma.
That said, I think Bladed Armor is accessible and has selectable stats (But you’d have to do T4 VB to get the chest plate), since as a new player you won’t have a lot of Karma saved up yet. I’ll have to check.
I find dungeons tedious and unrewarding for gearing for stats – their armor is mostly for the skins, not Exotic-level stats.

Hi all. Just started playing this and got the hot expansion. I boosted to 80 and started playing the hot story. When I want to gear is it better to run dungeons or fractals? Also anything to know when going about my new adventures as a lv80?
