I just wanted to add I did a few low level events so I could buy something from the heart vendor. I got two 7x rares in about 15mins. I don’t go farming in CS anymore, more fun things to do, so I can’t say about that.
Yeah that’s true, but it’d be nice if we didn’t have to coordinate, waste multiple peoples’ time, and so forth just to achieve something that should be readily available.
I think siege weapons should stay soulbound, even though it would greatly benefit me if they changed to account bound.
My reason has to do with the jumping puzzles. If siege was account bound and not soulbound, then a server dominating the EB JP could just portal up alt after alt after alt and load up with at least 10 free siege weapons a day to transfer to their ‘main’ WvW character. This would give winning servers a huge advantage.
I realize that people can already do this, but at least they actually have to PLAY the alts who own the siege in order to use it. The way it is now, I may end up defending a keep on my main and run out of arrow carts. If I could transfer all my siege to my main, then he would have a stack of like 20 of them at almost all times.
Having soulbound blueprints is just a pointless inconvenience. They are currently using about 35 bank slots.
It sure doesn’t stop me from getting a heap on all my alts as is. Also, some people just give their blueprints away to others when they get ported in the JP.
With the price of blueprints I could just buy as many as I want if I was going to run out. The main restriction on using them is supply, time to get supply, or just if I think they would be useful. I drop siege whenever I want to already.
I know people who creates alts just to farm the puzzles. Delete the character and goes in again.
Really? That is just a waste of time. However if they are having fun I don’t see the problem.

There does seem to be some problems with dyeing the air-breathers. Not only is it not saved, when I tested it the breather skin went on the arms of my chest armour. Dyeing my chest underwater also dyed the breather. Dyeing the breather it’s self (other then the above bug) only changed the colour of one part of it.
This is not a bug. The weapons all have their own attack stats. When you have two weapons on it uses the average. I guess if you didn’t want the skills of the second weapon you could run around with a single one hand weapon. If you have two one hand weapons of the same type you can use, your power shouldn’t change as you equip one or two of them.
You seem to be so mad you forgot to say anything about the DE that is bugging out?
Yeah same thing happens if you go to pick up a banner and someone gets it before you.
Yes it will reset if you zone. Wouldn’t say it’s a bug, but it would be nice if it didn’t reset.
Enforce PvP Gear in WvW PvP also.

I don’t know what “imbalance” your talking about. WvW was never meant to be as finely balanced as sPvP. It is where you take the progression of your PvE char for large scale PvP.
Was a good watch. I liked most of the points about balancing some of the weaker skills. Just like earth dagger 5 went from something that was laughable to useful. The need to have 15-20 points in the Arcane line really does limit possible builds. I don’t think there is a problem with “sustain” ele builds and I really don’t want to see healing power with diminishing returns.
Signet of Air is nice but the passive run speed skills like these could use a buff over all. It’s not really fair that thief gets a balance pass on their run speed signet but the other classes have been forgotten. 10% isn’t much, I do notice it, but I would like to see at least 15% or 20% here. The other issue is they don’t stack at all, without making people crazy fast these could be allowed to stack up to 25%.
To make the conjure weapons more useful. I would suggest that they act a bit like engi kits where you can cast them once and jump into them and drop out of them while you still have charges. As it is now no one really uses them. The other option is to buff the abilities of the conjure weapons but there is a fine line between OP and not. These skills need to be able to compete for spots on the bar and I don’t think they can do that as they are.
In time it should be fixed. I doubt it is high priority.

Haven’t had any problems with it myself. What is happening to you? The skill just went on CD and it did nothing?
I don’t think the type of damage has anything to do with it. I guess you may be dodging too early.
Remember not everyone who plays the game lives close to the servers, you can’t do anything about distance, although a proxy can help if you have routing problems.
There seems to be latency issues with dodge, for me I don’t start evading until I have already started to roll(or mid way, 200ms lag) and continue evading a short time after I dodged. I have been hit at the start of a dodge roll many times.
To test if it could be latency you can try a proxy or even run “C:\!Game\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -diag and upload the text to pastbin for us to look at, although it isn’t much help most of the time.

Yes the rune still give the correct stats. It’s just the UI that is showing the wrong number. If it bugs you, you could go into the mists and change the runes on your sPvP armour.
If you get hit in the face while mining there is a high chance you will get distracted and ruin your ore.
Kill mobs before you mine or take the risk.
Not quite answering my question but by the looks of it they are somewhat aware of the issue. Perhaps more people should contact support to make it more know as well as posting it on the forum
I would say that was just a generic reply. They may be aware of it but I guess the support guys answering tickets don’t know anything more about it.
Maybe you should try to be clear on what the bug is. I didn’t understand this at all.
I’m having a problem talking to the trader NPC at Firebreak Fort Waypoint. Also had problems talking to the trader at Altar Brook Trading Post before.
It is a rare bug but when you get it, it is really annoying.
So LoW seems to have been fixed now.
I ran into a bug where I can’t talk to a NPC and I would like to try to get them killed to see if that fixes it but they are standing in the middle of a camp. If I could move them to the gates of the camp I think I could get them killed with out to much trouble.
Anyway that I can move/ reset/ kill a NPC?
Nope.
Stop clicking or rebind* your left control key to something else and change the bind in vent to the new key.
*Assuming your using windows; Google “windows rebind key”
Im glad no-one in the thread, has tried to do the math, on what we have lost out on by now, since launch.

I did ask a friend and they could see the bonuses on the icon I’ll see If I can get them to SS it tomorrow.
Only thing I can think of is it stops you from mailing them to people already in a keep. I don’t have a problem with that but with them soulbound they are using up something like 35 of my bank slots.
You know what needs to be account bound, mystic salvage kits, blueprints, BL tools and anything that comes out of the forge soulbound.
Dyes are fine as is. I don’t know what you mean by other “items”?
I know a few things have already been changed from soulbound to account bound. I really hope this gets fixed soon.
Most of the WvW buffs aren’t stuff you would notice much but it seems I’m bugged too. I have been on the same server since headstart.
I don’t see any buffs by hovering my mouse over the WvW icon, just asked in game and some people could see them some couldn’t. I have never had even one additional gathering node use, assuming it means you can collect from the node more then once.
It kinda makes me sad to think I have been playing for 2mths with out the bonuses.
PS: Just checked, I have the same HP in overflow maps as I do on my servers maps.

I guess most people wouldn’t really care. I would say it is intentional, but I think your right that it should be changed. Maybe you should include the details of where the vendor is, and what event is stopping you from talking to him.

but what if there is a bank for those type of items (account bound) that shares the inside with all your characters…
That is how the bank works now, but there is no bank in WvW. You can even put soulbound items in your bank but you can only take them back out with the same char. Another small issue is you can’t see what char items in the bank are soulbound to.
Blueprints should be account bound if anything.
You can drop them on the ground for other people to pick up. Not really a problem but If I wanted to I can trade them between my chars or to other people, making the soulbound flag pointless.
There should just be a collection bank (or even a normal bank) in WvW for blueprints and badges.

It’s nice to hear that so many are getting banned. I have noticed bots I reported have gone, but today, I seen and reported 10+ more lvl 80 bots that were farming.
It just seems like nothing is going to be done about this issue. I guess ANet could be too worried about performance of the game while it is CPU bound. However, given the option, I’m sure most people would increase the FOV regardless of the FPS impact.
It would be better if the mouse wouldn’t disappear with FCGT on. Or just have a option “Always show cursor” and “Make cursor highly visible” would be nice too, maybe hot pink or even white? Sometimes I have to search my screen for a few seconds before I can find it.
Also, show the ground target when you try to use the skill out of it’s range so we know what that range is. It’s a pain trying to guess where the max range is, although I seem to be getting better at it.
Another thing, what happened to the white rings for AOE skills. I end up missing a number of AOEs because I’m not sure where the edge is.
The Orr karma vendors don’t have the full soldiers set, only 5 of them.
Ori nodes not showing up as minable - Friend showed me spawns I see a ruined base like I mined it but I haven't, can mine 2 out of 5

So out of 10 ore on 2 maps I had 3 respawn. Not happy Jan.
Maybe it would be helpful if you detailed what gems you salvaged and what you salvaged them from.

I guess the kits were not included with this fix. They are still soulbound.
80 War, 78 Ele, 78 Thief, 77 Guard. I wouldn’t say I’m a average player.
Just want to say thank you for detailing the issues with the Camera and FOV SeanPoez.
Hope to see some improvements in game soon.
