You have permanent swiftness from spectral walk and locust. The majority of the time is spent in DS which will refuel itself. The utilities 7&9 can be switched out if needed. With ~ 600 healing power the group heals are great with transfusion. The foods can be changed out depending on the circumstances.
The biggest thing is to hit like a mack truck and to be able to take as much damage as a tank without ending up dead!

Since the introduction of MegaServers actual servers dont exist except for within WvW. PVE has been greatly improved since its release. The low population servers dont have
to guest to another more populated server just to do an event.
So lets do a WvW MegaServerFactions!!
Everybody gets to stay in their own current Servers Communities.
Make 3 factions inside of the 24 servers.
Each week the guild leaders may pick a faction before reset friday night,
if they stay on current faction there is no charge.
If they transfer to another faction there is a cost per member in the guild rather active or inactive.
The cost can be MUCH higher if there is a population imbalace per factions. A guild that changes a Faction cant add new members for 7 days.
Have the same 8 map/server copies that exist currently each week which equals 24 Home Borderlands and 8 EB’s.
Each faction is responsible for all 8 EB Map copies. There would be some great fights in StomeMist!
Each “OLD Server BG,JQ,DR,FC etc” gets their own Home Border Land named after them to defend.
My guild can hop to any of the 8 EB maps thats not qued and fight/defend for my choosen faction.

My guild if I choose doesnt have to belong to any “Server Community”.
If my guild Karma Train runs into an enemy “Home Border Land” thats outnumbered we cant take bay/hills/garry. Everything else is open game.
Guilds that want GVG can join oppsite sides and kill each other to their hearts content.
Server Communities are saved and given an actual piece of real eastate to fight/defend for when they are actual online to defend.
There is a Server Score and a Faction Score, I have no Ideal how to do the actual scoring but it cant be that hard.

Please just replace the boring EB Map with the EOTM Map!
Keep the EOTM as an overflow,
SoR needs to get over themselves. They are the rudest/foul mouth ones on EOTM. Next time I hear the F word from a SOR commander directed at someone from another server in EOTM chat I’m reporting them! Learn some manners and be nice to everybody!

One good thing about EOTM, you get to meet/play other players/guilds from other servers. That being said, SOR is not a server I would transfer to.

Characters in stealth cannot be targeted by enemies, but can still be hit by attacks and take damage without breaking stealth.
But try spinning around with Scepter 1 auto attacking. What do you have to lose?
Plague Form Lyssa setup
Might want to try PVT Armour with Superior Rune of Lyssa.
Use Chocolate Omnomberry Cream(20% boon duration) with 20 traited in Death Magic(20% boon duration.) which also works for staff greater marks.
Total 40% Boon Duration ~ 7secs.
Superior Rune of Lyssa = When you use an elite skill, lose all conditions and gain all boons for 5 seconds.
Trait for Chilling Darkness = Blinding a target will also apply chill for 1 sec.
Rotation = Cast Locust Swarm(Speed + Cripple & Critical Procs) + Spectral Armor (Protection) + Spectral Walk(Speed) then Plague #2 for duration in zerg.

Simply auto attack around in circles until the Thief emerges in the distance.
Since when the thief emerges from stealth or is knocked out of stealth is unknown to me or you, Scepter 1 hits him instantly with autoattack if on and facing in his general direction up to 900 range.

Hitting a foe with an attack breaks stealth; if the attack missed, was blocked, or was evaded, they will not break stealth. Abilities that do not deal direct damage (like Choking Gas, Caltrops, or the Traps which do not deal direct damage) will not break stealth, even though they apply damaging conditions.

CelestialMancer = Celestial Armour, Weapons, and Trinkets.
Its about WvW not PvP or PVE but I haven’t tested it yet doing PVE MM. I think that would be fun!
So we need feedback on what build works or doesn’t work with the CelestialMancer setup.
Its also shouldn’t be about my build which can change by simply changing the traits.
Its about “not having to change amour /weapons” for all the different builds out there.
Since Ascended Armour isn’t cheap u can only pick 1. The Runes of Divinity or Traveler’s are the only 2 runes that fits the bill. The +10 to all traits = Celestial Stats.
Then we should see which builds we can or cant run with it.

How do I kill a GC Thief? Quite simple actually. A GC Thiefs goal is to land a backstab on you. Backstab, in order to be used effectively – requires them to be behind you, AND at close range! If you are playing anyone other than a D/D Thief, you have instant access to spammable close-range AoE. Simply auto attack around in circles until the Thief emerges in the distance.
All I know is that it works with Scepter 1.
*chill of death – at 50% enemies health on attack “Chill your target and remove up to three boons, dealing extra damage based on the number of boons removed.”
With food its ~ 9-10 sec of chill which works, they are burning and chilled. There is also 1v1 in WvW and chilling causes movement speed decreased by 66%; skill cooldown increased by 66%; stacks duration. This really helps slow the fight down to the necros skill rotation. I would rather have DhuumChill instead of burning but that is another topic.
Scepter 1 is 900 range, fast and procs great with 3 hits in 1 1/2 sec so lots of Critical Strikes with AOE flame blast. Axe hits like a rock but isnt fast enough but I do have an axe on standby.
Best part about the Celestial Setup is that it allows changing traits without worrying about losing something in the process. If there is a need to command then flip traits for stability and you are good to go. Its nice to have healing power up again so when both players are downed in 1v1, I can rally back with Life Leech"Leech a foe’s health to heal yourself" instead of me losing the fight.

This is my current setup for WvW.
*DS on demand with Spectral Attunement.
*Speed not a problem with Spectral Walk & Locust Swarm.
*Use Scepter 1 & spin around to break stealth on theives. Also good for stomping.
*Use Staff Marks for enemies on Walls and for group support during open field battles. Mark the ground in front!
*Plague CHILL Zerging
Rotation = Cast Locust Swarm(Speed + Cripple & Critical Procs) + Spectral Armor (Protection) + Spectral Walk(Speed) then Plague #2 for duration then DS #4, #5(the lines pointing directly to u gets u focused fire so double dodge out somewhere safe) . Switch to staff mark the gound all around & switch back to Scepter 1 to rapid fire. Rinse/repeat with whatever is recharged.
Use Plague #2(Plague of Darkness) to AoE poison & (blind + CHILL) enemies within range ~ chilling darkness (curses 3 trait).
Remember Plague grants stability plus 916 power, 2748 toughness, and 1832 vitality for the duration. Thats ~ 3500 attack, 5400 armour & 42k health.

1st wall down near front gate facing SMC
2nd wall down to inner facing meldons beside gate.
Mesmer was to get people who cant follow directions “Get On Tag” a simple way to get them to tag.
Banging on gate with 1 ram was a distraction.
Henge of Denravian here. GoM took Stonemist from us last night, and the fighting was so intense to try and get it back! Once of our best commanders was leading us in the attempt, and we just weren’t able to take out the siege in the Lord’s room and wiped several times in a row. In the end we were only able to get it once a Ferguson’s Crossing group came in behind us and fought GoM on the other side. It certainly took me by surprise to have SM flipped and being unable to take it back without having FC trying to take it for themselves.
That battle was the most memorable and hard fought fight I’ve had this season. GoM is certainly a cut above some of the higher scoring servers this season in my mind.
Well if I dont have the numbers to take Stonemist, then I surely am not going allow GOM to keep it. So my goal was to make sure GOM lost it on our 2nd attempt and to take SM of course! No thanks required.
